Luxury Nails

No longer a relaxing experience. I’ve gone to Luxury Nails numerous times over the past 6 years for pedicures and nail services. The owners are really nice, the shop is nicely decorated. Comfortable chairs and soothing music made for a pleasant experience and I was always satisfied with my nails. Unfortunately the last 2 times I was there, the couple’s 2 young children constantly created chaos. Grandma watches them at the shop while the owners take care of customers but the kids are unruly. It wasn’t so bad when it was just their first little girl but now there are two. I like kids but when I am shelling out $ 60+ for an hour or so of «me time» I don’t think children running around screaming and interrupting mommy and daddy should be a part of the service.

I must say this is one of the worst no chip manicures that I have had.
The service was poor at best. The lady dug into my cuticles until it is cut up now bleeding. When she was finished there were bubbles and nail polish on my cuticles. I was about to leave but then thought NO this is totally unacceptable.
I asked her to please fix it she said that she could not see it. The woman sitting in front of her said that she could see it and it was a mess. So she stomps and takes me back and polishes one nail with top coat. when 8 were aweful. I asked her to redo it please. She refused and I asked could you kindly fix this .so she put another coat of top coat on all the nails and walked off. I do not understand how this place rates 4.5 stars. This is not anything near. Please save yourself the aggrevation. Unfortunately, I wasted money and will have to go to get it completely redone in the morning. hence a complete WASTE OF MONEY and TIME.
There are plenty of nail shops that top them in service, quality of service and overall cleanliness. Their pedicure tubs were disgusting!

* No alcohol/​finish spray applied after top coat
Lotion applied… until I asked her to use alcohol

This place was Great. Pedi was nice and relaxing which was much needed after a long weekend at work. Atmosphere is so friendly compaired to some other places in Oswego. Nikki had no problem helping me decide what I wanted for my finger nails. This place will be my number 1 choice.

Absolutely AWFUL. First of all, when I walked in the lady who was going to do my nails just came in, didn’t even wash her hands. Then she took me into the seat (I just needed an acrylic change) and I told her what shape I wanted, but for her to file it down as well. SHE DIDNT DO ANY OF THAT. She was rough, I almost started bleeding 3 times, left my knuckles raw and didn’t even file my nails down at all. When she was filling them, she spilled the powder all over my nails and hands and didn’t even bother cleaning it up! She made them completely uneven, and the man who polished my nails made my nail polish clumpy and didn’t even go to the edges, and when he did, he went onto my fingers and didn’t even clean them up. I had to go get them fixed at a different nail salon. It was absolutely awful, I would NOT recommend it at all. They should be shut down for sanitation as well.

This is the best place to go for your nails! Most places you go the person doing your nails is very quiet and it can almost be awkward. They are so nice here! Very friendly. They do a really good job! The prices are great. Highly recommend them! I have called and asked how late they were open, to find out they were closing in 10 minutes, but they said they would stay and I could come in. The massage chairs are great! The pedicures are wonderful

Terrific service and inexpensive. For a shellac manicure, I paid $ 25, which is about $ 10 less than most nail salons charge. The owners, a married couple, were friendly and accommodating. I called after work and they said they could fit me in, no problem, even though it was 6:45 and they typically close at 7:00 PM.

I have been to higher end spas and I like this place better. They are very good at getting your feet nice and smooth. Their place is very nice and relaxing. I like the décor and music they play. The owners are very friendly and their prices can’t be beat… a manicure and pedicure for $ 30
