As I stated before worst experience ever! Nobody threatened you to give a refund, even though I still believe the whole party should of been refunded, for all the crap that went wrong (but that’s my opinion).The reason the bouncy houses were wet and muddy is because of the weather the night before and into the afternoon was rain, so the yard was wet and what happens when you run around in a wet yard, it gets muddy! My husband and I gave your kids water and offered you some as well which you refused! The circuit that you blew took 5 attempts to reset before it would work, yes we were having cake at that time which I wasn’t going to stop doing and not let my kids be sung happy birthday too because of your mistake, their uncle and father were not there for the cake part because they were in the basement trying to reset the breaker!!! I am responding to this comment so everyone who looks for a review of this business is aware of how it is run!!!
