Great burgers, probably the best in the area. I was overcharged on my order-the server looks at the ticket for 1 minute and tells me it is correct. I told her according to my calculation I was over charged by $ 10, she told me «if you don’t like it, don’t come back.» I told her I won’t but I will let everyone I know that wants to go to the roadhouse what disgusting attitudes their servers have and that they overcharge. That is a lovely combination to have in the restaurant business.

I have randomly gone to Susie’s over the last 15 or so years and have never been disappointed. It’s a small town bar/grill that offers a unique environment(picnic tables, dollar bills taped all over the walls and ceiling, peanut shells on the floor) and a good menu of grilled options. Their daily specials are very affordable and worth the stops(examples include Burger Nights on Wed, All You Can Eat Pork Chops on Thurs, and All You Can Eat Steak Sun-Thurs). Service is probably slightly above average as well and with all you can eat self-serve popcorn and peanuts, you can’t really go wrong.

One of my cousins favorite places to go in the area, and I have to say I really enjoyed the Garbage Burger. It was so good that I devoured mine and the 2 halves that my two other cousins couldn’t finish — that’s a pound of hamburger. I haven’t eaten that much in a while, but the burger was so juicy and spicy — mmmmmm. I’m going to have to make another trip out there soon. If you want fine dining, this is not the place. Cement floors littered with peanut shells and wooden picnic tables. But if you like good food and charm, check it out.
