Worst Chinese food on earth the lo mein noodles are like the devil had diarrhea after eating and shitted all over that restaurant it’s not even Chinese food!
I am completely disgusted by this place your food isn’t authentic they are not cooked by authentic people and the Mongolian grill it’s a circle jerk of what am I going to put on this plate that will give me Salmonella the fastest.
Stuff is sometimes undercooked the oysters look like you found them in a bio waste facility barely holding on for dear life they taste sour it’s just gross and it’s dirty
I would say with confidence you don’t have a rodent or roach problem even they have standards… Close this down!

We love Chinese food, and love buffets. We tried this place a few years ago and really didn’t like it but recently we had an extended stay in Oshkosh and thought we’d give it another try. Heck, it’d been a few years. The place is still around. Maybe it’s better. Nope!
The food is of poor quality. Dried out, stale, burnt. The variety of the dishes was… interesting. Some Chinese food staples, and some truly unconventional, presumably American, options.
It’s gross. Don’t bother. Please, really. Don’t!

On Thursday, De. 10. 2015. I took my students after a concert to China King for supper as an end of semester gathering. When we arrived I asked how late the restaurant is open and I was told by a gentleman that it is open until 9:30 pm, as it is written on their door.
At 8:45 we were already asked to take care of the payment because they wanted to leave. They were sweeping the floor around us, and every way possible made us to understand that we are not welcomed any longer.
I asked why we have to leave so soon. They said the restaurant closes at 9:00pm!!! I told them that I was told they are open until 9:30. They said they will close at 9:00pm.
All 9 of us had to quickly stop our conversations and leave. It was at 9:00 pm and we all looked at the door again where it is posted: closing time at 9:30!!!
SHAME ON THEM! They don’t deserve to be in business if this is how much they value their customers. They spoiled the entire evening for all of us!
I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN.

Orange chicken, sesame chicken, fried rice very good. Kung Po chicken was ok.
House special chow main was soupy. Never have seen chow mein like that. No one could eat it.
Potstickers were all dough with a pinkish filling. Couldn’t eat that either.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating however I will bypass this restaurant the next time we are in the area.

A great place for the whole family! They offer Chinese, American, a little Japanese (sushi in a buffet?! Yes please!) and the Mongolian BBQ is phenomenal considering it’s included with the buffet (plus a tip, hopefully). The staff is wonderful as well, and always very friendly.

Just going thru Oshkosh Wi. Stopped at this Chinese buffet. It was The worst place we have ever been to. We were sat down and then ignored. No water or drink refills offered. No one came to clear off dirty plates. Most of dishes, everything was very low or empty. The food that we there was overdone and hard or cold. The buffet was open for another hour. No way this should have been allowrd. To top it off, the bathroom was disgusting. Imagine what the kitchen looks like… disappointed. …wish I could submit this post with NO stars!!!

I ordered take out from this place. I must say that walking in, it looks like your basic chinese buffet/​restaurant. I don’t care for buffets but this is also a take out and got high reviews so I figured I’d give it a shot. The egg rolls were under whelming and the fried chicken wings were so greasy. The fried rice was decent and the pepper steak wasn’t bad.

The place is one of the best in oshkosh. Love their food, servers are friendly.
The funniest thing I saw today though: a mid aged man trying to get a free meal by saying his 20some year old daughter (I think) didn’t eat much. The young lady gave an awkward yet confused look, clearly not on the same page with him. A couple in line in front of me the even confirmed that they saw them eating a lot! So pathetic, teaching the kids how to lie!

Under new ownership. Food quality has gone down. Prices have gone up. Not worth it anymore. Wheelchair accessible. Off street parking.

Based on previous reviews, I thought this place was going to be awesome. I was very disapointed. I came in for the dinner buffet with my Fiancé. We were waved in by a waitress and seated. The seats were all cracked up and very aged. The food was alright to say the least, but the visit here all would have been a waste I’d it weren’t for the crab rangoons. The bill came to us on a tray, which my Fiancé placed his card to pay… nobody ever came to pick up the bill and we were forced to take the tray up to the front desk to pay.
I don’t think we’ll come again.

When it comes to Oshkosh Chinese buffets, this is the place! It always smells so good when I go see a movie. I love the food and the staff is very nice.

Been here many times in the past so here is my current review of this restaurant. Seems like this place has changed owners several times in the past ten years. And I would say the quality has gone down. The dishes are your typical Chinese buffet dishes and nothing really stands out. If you need you’re Chinese fix then this place can be your ticket. One thing that stands out to me is this though. When I go to an ethnic restaurant, I would expect that ethnicity to be the ones cooking. More times than not, I see a lot of Mexican cooks in back and also the one operating the Mongolian is of Mexican nature. The flavors aren’t as bold as they used to be and the dishes aren’t up to par compared to other buffets. But in Oshkosh, this is one if the better Chinese buffets. Average rating for me.

Still awesome. Best hot an sour I’ve yet to try at a restaurant. I gotta start making it out here more often

Very good food, and a pretty good selection. If you are a meat eater you will be thrilled. Not quite as many vegetarian options as I had hoped for though.

How many chinese buffets have you been to? Do they have egg custard and rice pudding on them?
This was an exceptional choice of food. I wish I lived closer, this would be my favorite buffet!
Love the décor, and perfect layout for a buffet. Everything was fresh and tasty. Honey chicken was moist and cooked to perfection. Yum.
