This is one of the 4 shops I stopped at this Summer while bike shopping. Staff was nice as can be but they didn’t have as much inventory as I had hoped for.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I simply went in to get fitted and test ride a few bikes because I’m in the market; no intent to buy today. Never once did I feel pressured to spend money. And I learned a lot of valuable information. Definitely want to go back and purchase from them.

I do not have $ 400 or more to spend on a bicycle. So I drive a cheaper one. House Of Bicycles did a complete tune up on it and I felt confident the bike is up to date now.
They did not talk the bike down like other stores did before. After all, the components on a bike are the most important parts. They were a bit pricier than other store, but their service and friendliness is worth it.
The only thing I did not like is that I had grease and greasy fingerprints all over my bike when I got it back.
Bottom line for me is: Great service, friendly staff, I will be back.

Great service, experienced and friendly staff, great repair work! I purchased a bike from them in October and it recently acted up so I took it in. They said it was the rear sprocket cluster and replaced it for no charge! I highly recommend House of bicycles to anyone looking to invest in a quality bicycle. I also highly recommend a spring tune up with them. The tune up is a little higher than other places, but they do at least twice as much.

When you ride mopeds, you become familiar with lots of bicycle shops. House of Bicycles has master links for $ 1. That’s a winner. Also, that staff is super friendly.
