Ryan was recommended to us by Cody who stretched and relaid our carpeting in a house we just purchased. We were not there for either vendor but I could not believe my eyes. The carpeting looked brand new. I would recommend Ryan to everyone! The price was great also!

I’m selling my condo and needed the carpets cleaned. I go online and find 6 different carpet cleaners in the Lake Ozarks area (do a quick Google search and you’ll see which ones pop up) and I request a quote from all 6. Within minutes, I get a voicemail from Ryan at Ashley Carpet Cleaning. He leaves a friendly message with a quoted price and that he can do it that weekend, Sunday, (I wanted it done within a week). That day also happened to be Mothers Day. The quoted price beat out Stanley Steemer by $ 50 (automatic quote on their website) and only one other cleaner got back to me and that was the next day (out of six!) and he was higher than Ashley (but didn’t sound as friendly). I called Ryan back the next day and he reiterated his commitment to do it on Mothers Day. I wasn’t able to be there (I live in St. Louis) so he contacted my realtor before he arrived so she could meet him there. He locked it up after he left (yes, he was there by himself). I came the following Friday (today) and I was absolutely impressed to say the least. Not only were the carpets spotless but he had plastic under everything that touched the floor. He also got a huge stain out that was hidden under the couch. But what I was most impressed about was that my carpet was actually getting a little loose and it (or whatever he did) actually tightened up the carpet! My carpet looks like it’s new carpet and I’m not exaggerating (and the carpet was only 7 years old). Absolutely floored with the service, the friendliness of Ryan and his epic work. The bill arrived at my home in St. Louis and was the price he quoted me with an added «no spot returns» guarantee at the bottom. Thank you again Ryan.

My neighbor told me about Ashley Carpet Cleaning and I am so glad she did. His prices were a fraction of the cost I was quoted by another place. He called to let me know he was running a little late. He did an awesome job cleaning the carpets. Got all the stains out. This is our vacation home and I wish I could get him to come to St. Louis to do my main house. Would use him again in a heart beat.
