Katherine has worked with us on both our homes. She is both wonderfully professional and comfortable like a friend at the same time. Her team is great — her seamstress I’ve never met, but does excellent work — her installer is fast, efficient and exacting. Katherine is very observant and picks up on the styles of fabric you like so that you don’t have to go through 1,000 samples — she helps narrow it down. We already had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but I get the impression that if you didn’t she would provide guidance. We actually still have the upstairs windows to finish, and will be calling Katherine up soon. She truly is a gem.
