Village Cleaners

I have used Village Cleaners for my cleaning and alteration needs for over three years and have been very happy with them. It does not bother me that it takes a week to get the clothes back because I plan ahead and do not allow myself to be in such a hurry. The ladies there know me by name whether I walk in or call. I treat them well and with respect and they return the same. As for alterations, I and my wife have both had work done by the Nifty Needle and have always been satisfied by both the quality of work and the price. I highly recommend them.

I shall start simple– DON“T GO HERE! Now let me explain: Besides taking over a WEEK to get the clothes back (most places take 3 – 4 days) This place has horrible customer service. I needed some cloths cleaned right away, they clearly could not do it under a week as they send all their clothes out. I asked if there was another place in town and they refused to tell me there was till I mentioned I would just ask someone else, then they said «well sort of.» Sort of? Yes there is another place and they are 10 times better and friendlier. I cannot believe I left anything with them in the first place but I am always willing o give the benefit of the doubt. I ended up having to pay for it in the end when I received horrible service, incorrect information and was told flat out by the evil woman working there that I was the one that was wrong? Are you kidding me. There is another place in town that does not even compare. They were able to clean my clothes in 1 day with no extra charge, now that is customer service. They mentioned they get a lot of complaints about Village cleaners as well. I can only imagine.
