Feather River Aire

We just had Feather River Aire repair our A/​C unit. A disreputable company just condemed the whole unit and wanted way over 3K for a whole new unit. Jason from Feather River diagnosed a bad compressor and sent Rob (service tech) to change the compressor. Rob was amazing. He was very professional, neat, respectful, and quick. when he was done you couldn’t tell he made the repair except for the new compressor in place of the old one. our A/​C works better than ever. when Rob was done the main office called to make sure everything was alright. THIS NEVER HAPPEN THESE DAYS! This old school value is very honorable. We highly recommend Feather River for any and all HVAC work. We are very satisfied and will definately use them again!!!

We can’t say enough how fantastic Feather River Aire is. Our air conditioner stopped working in the early morning, on a Friday and one call a technician was there that day and within 10 mins our air was back on before the weekend. A few years back we had a similar incident and we called a different company 3 days before the weekend and I’m sad to say that we didn’t get fixed till the following week. That is not the case with Feather River Aire!!! The office staff is very responsive and you truly get the customer service that is quickly becoming a thing of the past! I could tell my problem was their problem!!! Thank you Feather River Aire, you have our business, our friends and families business ALWAYS!!! It would be silly to go anywhere else! Don’t waste your time calling any other company, go with Feather River Aire! You’ll be glad you did! Make sure you Unilocal how fantastic the service is too!!!

Jason from Feather River Air was prompt, kind, worked quickly and had our A/​C unit working again within two hours of our initial phone call!
The service was also very affordable. Would definitely call them back if we ever need additional services. Highly reccomend!

Contacted our home warranty company for AC work and they sent Feather River Aire out to do the work. The tech was at our house well within the scheduled time and went right to work. He was quick to trouble shoot the problem and make a fix. Very good about explaining the issue and the options to fix it. Any further issues and we will request the home warranty company send them.
