After spending three nights in the casino playing cards and doing Ok, I have to say this was my worst experience. The Casino added two nonsmoking tables and feel that they have met the requirement for the non smokers. The smoke in the casino was the worst I have ever seen. When I asked if they had a small fan to blow the smoke away, they said they don’t have them and if I didn’t like the smoke I could go to the non smoking area, Yah Right they have«2″ tables. The on call manager basically blew me off and told me I could fill out a complaint card. After trying to find one he had to take me back to the main service desk to find one. What does that have to say. As I was leaving I happen to run into another Casino manager who took the time to listen to me and actually wrote some notes he actually asked for my name and member card. He’s either going to 86 me from the casino which won’t be a bad thing or he actually is going to look into my complaint. They need to add the small fans on each table to help blow the smoke away. For those inconsiderate people who blow there smoke right in your face. It was obvious the casino did not care and did not care for there employee as well. That’s sad!!! After talking with the» floor manager” we will see if my concern fall upon deaf ears?

A small but clean casino. I won $ 45 here! hooray! hehe. I initially stopped to get some breakfast. But the café really offered not too much in that department. It’s more of a to-go place, with a counter for eating standing up, but no tables and chairs. You could sit at the slot machine.

Always good beer and exceptional food… One thing I’ve been trying to do is. Ask the chef what’s good, or request to speak to the chef, they will tell you straight up what they like and what they recommend.

Great casino. such friendly service while I was gambling. Funny black jack dealers and sweet waitresses and once we got a room in the lodge the front desk was so sweet and pushed our check out time an hour since it was so late in the night. Definitely will keep coming here!

Great atmosphere when with friends. Killing time on slot machines and making money on the tables. Dealers are fun to chat with and servers are pretty cool when talkative. It’s the evening/night time dealers who are fun to hang out with when your mad gambling lol. Only 4 stars because I haven’t had any food their.

This would be a 5 star review, but I’m taking away 2 because of 2 employees in the corner café where they sell coffee over by the rewards cards area. Tracy and Anel were the ONLY unfriendly employees I have come across here. Talk about 2 miserable women! Tracy took my order, didn’t get a hello out of her, she never even looked at me, no smile, nothing! I walked up to order and she continued to work on whatever paper she was working on, seemed annoyed by my presence and finally snipped«what can I get for you?», slammed some buttons on the register, still all while never looking at me, gave me my total, took my payment and that was IT. Didn’t even receive a copy of my receipt! No «your food will take about 5 minutes» or «you can pick up your order over there» she just walked away. I don’t expect conversation, but I do expect basic customer service skills. This chick definitely made me aware that she hates her job/people! Then Anel brings out my order and places it on the counter a strange distance out of my reach… She mumbled something and I thought she said«here you go» or something… So I said«thank you»… And she got super annoyed and snapped at me and asked«DOYOUWANT A BAG?»… To which I replied yes, and then I asked if they have hot sauce and she exaggeratedly nodded her head like it was the dumbest question she’s ever heard and like I was supposed to KNOW they have some… Lol. Well, that was an uncomfortable 5 minutes of my life during an otherwise wonderfully pleasant experience at this establishment. Anel and Tracy, you work in customer service/hospitality. Try being a little more friendly and I completely REGRET tipping you as you absolutely did not deserve a tip at all! We stayed at the hotel. Check in was a breeze. Both ladies at the counter were SONICE and fun to talk to! The room is clean and comfortable. We didn’t hear any of our neighbors. The bed is a bit firm, but so is my bed at home, so no complaints here. The tub was spacious and comfortable. I’ve taken two baths in it in less than 16 hours! Wish I had one like this at home! The lodge lobby is very beautiful! We lost $ 300 total in the casino during this trip, but we still had a great time gambling! The ladies in the rewards center area were also very friendly and fun to interact with! The staff all around the casino was very attentive and all would smile as people walk by. We went to the brewery for dinner last night. The Thunder Apricot Ale was VERY good! Not too hoppy and has a smooth, sweet finish. My husband ordered the ribeye and it was not very good, but not horrible. I ordered the Friday Night Lights sushi roll and some edamame. The roll went perfectly with that apricot ale! I like how the menu has suggestions for each dish which beer to pair it with. The roll was good, but they definitely need to work on their hand rolling skills, it was hard to eat without it completely falling apart. And the tempura shrimp inside was a bit stale and hard to chew. But still good! We will definitely come back here! Hopefully Tracy and Anel are either gone or have better attitudes next time because my coffee was good!

We are eating dinner here tonight. The service was very good, the food was good but… It wasn’t hot. Luke warm at best. I would’ve given 4 stars if it was hot. We are taking food home so we can eat it HOT tomorrow. We will go back but they really need to do a better job keeping the food hot.

Attended a 22 yr old bday party last weekend. We were all commenting on how all the drinks tasted weak. I ask the bartender why. Turns out they use a gun and it only pours half of a regular shot. REALLY!?? Ok, if this is what you are going to do, how about telling people. Maybe they would like to order a fake double, so that the drink tastes REAL. For SHAME. Done with this place as a place to enjoy an evening with friends. We will find somewhere else to celebrate. Never heard of any bar doing such a thing intentionally. What a rip off!

Never heard of this place before, but being I travel the state for BBQ competition’s and this year was the 1st annual Pro Comp here I am. I have to say the staff from the Casino floor to the buffet, security, and Lodge were so nice and helpful. My wife won big on the machines, I lost big on the tables lol, but it was fun, the dealers are very friendly and helpful. The buffet was very good, a little bit small but good, they will cook a New York steak and bring it to you. It’s a 4 hour drive for me but I would go back again for sure. Thank You Feather Falls Casino for putting on a great BBQ Competition.

I have had several great stays at the Lodge. I rate the hotel 5⁄5 and the casino 3⁄5. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming towards me. I appreciate all their hospitality, I always call by phone to make my reservations, so I can specifically ask for Non Smoking room. They request a $ 50 credit hold as well during your stay per night and the rooms are very affordable, reasonable prices. If you check in on a Friday or Saturday, they give you complimentary Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies, which are very tasty! The Bell man bakes them and the lobby smells so good. For parking, there are a few spaces in front of the Lodge, but majority of them are in back of hotel and you will need your Room key to access through the gates. The Standard rooms are very nice, simple, and CLEAN. The bed is King single or two Queen, TV is big flat screen, there is a microwave, mini fridge, ice bucket, coffee maker, small lounge chair, and desk! It has all the basics amenities and toiletries for the bathroom. So far during my stays, I have been very comfortable and not had any problems. I always look forward to staying at the Lodge… They have an indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi outside by pool area, sauna, and mini gym for guests. Every floor has a vending machine for snacks and an ice machine. One time I had a bad headache and was so surprised that I could buy Excedrin/Tylenol packets in the vending machine, which helped me A LOT!!! This casino does not have a gift shop. Also, the hotel is not directly connected to the casino, so you will have to walk a short distance and use your Room key to get in the Entrance doors. For food, you can eat at the Dreamcatcher Buffet, The Corner Deli(next to Rewards desk and only place open 24⁄7), Feather Falls Brewing restaurant/bar, and for more drinks there is Bow & Arrow Lounge.

Came to visit my parents in Oroville a few times and since my mom is a rewards club member, she always seems to get free rooms. That works for us, because the girls love to go swimming here. Because this is one of the smaller Indian casinos, not many people frequent the pool, meaning my girls always seem to have the pool to themselves. As for the rooms, they are fairly decent and for the most part, clean. However, on our last visit, our bathroom had a few ants. Definitely minus a star for that. That’s the last thing you want to see when you keep your toothbrush and other toiletries on the counter. The service at the lobby is ALWAYS friendly as are the housekeepers. Yes, I know this isn’t the Bellagio or The Venetian, but please remember to tip your housekeepers. Even if you’re checking out already. And don’t listen to Jerry Seinfeld and only tip $ 1 or $ 2!(Seinfeld geeks, where are you?)

This review is for the lodge. Check in was a breeze. The clerks were very friendly. We had booked a king deluxe room on Orbitz. There was no indication of a choice between smoking and non-smoking rooms. We entered our room and immediately exited. We hadn’t noticed it was a smoking room. The smell was unacceptable. We went back to the check in desk and asked for a non-smoking room instead. There was no king non-smoking room, so they upgraded us to the Ponderosa Suite at no additional cost. The suite was spacious, with a large bathtub with jets. The shower had two shower heads, which is a huge luxury during a drought. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our two night stay very much. It’s clear this may be the best room in Butte County. The workout room only had four machines. The treadmill was not working, and the elliptical was wobbly. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Nice hotel & nice casino. The casinos slots were pretty loose. The casino was not crowded day or night & it had a wide variety of slot games. The hotel was nice & quiet. It has a indoor/outdoor pool. The pools open till 11pm & from 10pm-11pm only adults can swim. I like that alot. The staff here are super friendly. I also stayed in a suite for a night. The suite had a whirlpool tub & a awesome shower. The bed was covered in comfy pillows too. The air conditioner was on the opposite side from the bed & didnt cool the room much at all. The parking lot doesnt feel to safe though. However security goes around on their little golf cart often.

I loved everything about this place for my 4÷12÷15 visit! The food here was awesome! Healthy portions come with sushi and the combo platter is the best anywhere to be found! Wood fired pizza and award winning micro brews come out to perfection! Seriously I hope people don’t start blowing up this super cool spot to chill and enjoy an evening of good food and live entertainment! An hour and fifteen minutes from downtown Sacramento is really an easy highway drive without much traffic for a pretty relaxed and entertainment venue!

Date: 4÷11÷2015 Time: 3:35PM If I have paid closer attention to the dining choices that I had here at Feather Falls Casino & Lodge, I could have had a V-8 cocktail. I used my $ 3.00 meal voucher at the other dining venue. It was a good thing my husband still had his $ 3.00 meal voucher. Ambiance: Beautiful bar area straight ahead of entrance and slightly to the right. Five comfy booths to the left and several tables and chairs spreaded around this restaurant/nightclub. Elevated stage and a very spacious dance floor. Seeing this ambiance leads me to imagining some of the scenes from Harlem Night(ya got the casino slots, gambling tables, food, beverages, the dance flo’ and whatever else is on the mind). Yeah, party on, but don’t tear the roof off the sucka or turn the mutha out. Customer service: waiter was cool, professional and very patient with my indecisiveness. The band was doing its fine tuning on stage. They were mixing it… intro to the tune of «For the love of money»(O’Jays) to Carlos Santana.(Man, they were teasing us with the music… make me wanna get up on the dance flo’ and bust a move if my 63 year old body would permit me to do so. Naw, I might hurt myself.) The menu selections were better than Dream Catcher Buffet. It was so much better that I could not decide what I wanted for early supper. I kept asking our waiter for more time to decide. Egads, my mouth was just salivating at every item on the menu. I was that«wolf» in the cartoon, Little Red Riding Hood — ooh, rubbing my hands together, slobbering from my mouth and having a devilish grin on my face. I didn’t know if that was a good or bad thing… lol. Okay, waiter, start me off with an Arnie Palmer. If the Arnie Palmer is to my liking and I’m feeling it, then my theory is the food will be spot on. There aren’t too many dining places that can do a decent Arnie Palmer. Two menu items that I normally use to grade a restaurant — the Arnie Palmer and the tiramisu. Complimentary French bread and/or dinner rolls is another factor — if the bread is fresh(not hard and dry), then chances are the quality of the food is fresh. Husband ordered the chicken strips and the tropical mudslide ale(HH, $ 2.00 for a 16 ouncer). He enjoyed his meal. I had the fish ‘n chips with a side of cole slaw. It’s been so long that I had fish ‘n chips that I had forgotten it comes with malt vinegar in a bottle instead of them little packets. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. Total: $ 26.71, tax included, and after $ 3.00 deduction. There was one minor thing lacking — we had no place settings on our table. Our quick thinking waiter immediately brought us a set from an empty table. It was a «rob Peter to pay Paul» gesture… gotta love it. After packing our leftovers in boxes to go, our waiter brought our bill. Well, he and I shared something in common. It takes a Chong to know a Chong. His first name is Chong and my last name is Chong. We laughed for at least a minute. I left him with a $ 10.00 tip. I didn’t grab their menu to take with me… that’s theft, but there is nothing wrong with taking a few flicks of their flashing menu board at the front entrance.

First of all, I would like to say that I do not write very many negative reviews. I think Unilocal is a place to help people find good eats and fun places to go in their area, or while traveling. I am however unfortunately compelled to write this after dining at this establishment this evening. Our waitress provided the worst service I have received since moving to California over 5 years ago. She wasn’t rude… just not very good at her job. The kitchen produced some of the worst food I have had… possibly ever. The waitress came by and asked for our beverage orders and if we wanted any appetizers. She came back one water short. Then she brought the appetizer out, one small plate short. I asked where my water was and said that she knew she forgot something and she would bring it by. There was no silverware or napkins on the table so we had to take them from a table nearby. She brought the entrees out and my wife ordered a grilled chicken salad… the salad came out without the chicken and she had to go back for it. Her parents ordered shrimp and she did not bring any cocktail sauce. I ordered a pizza which was extremely greasy and had so much cheese on it that I could not remove a slice without losing everything on the pizza. I LOVE leftovers. but this pizza was so bad I left it at the restaurant. We paid our bill and she came by to grab the check before we left, I assume to see how much of a tip was left given her terrible, abhorrent service. Please keep in mind that I only saw four tables in her section, and one of them left shortly after we arrived. Needless to say I will never be dining here again, and would encourage anyone who thinks about it to pick something else within a thirty mile radius, unless that is of course you want food reminiscent of Chili’s, but a cheaper greasier version.

We stopped here on our way back from Quincy. There was a bot of a wait but being Valentine’s Day that is to be expected. We were seated within 45 minutes after they originally told us it might be up to 2hrs. Nice! Appetizers included panko calamari and my side salad with beer battered shrimp. Excellent! Wife ordered the 20oz Prime Rib and it came with nice mashed potato and roasted veggie sides. This included sweet potatoes and yams, some of her favorites. Husband ordered the bacon blue cheese burger. Asked for medium and it was perfect. Also ordered some garlic fries which were serious!!! Don’t miss the very tasty and inexpensive Dancing Trees Hefe Weizen. Overall, great experience and delicious food.
