If you are contemplating going with this company… run. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Throughout all the major mistakes they made I wasn’t able to get anyone competent on the phone to speak with. After I cancelled (3 times) and got the run around they continued to charge my card. After explaining that I don’t even live at that home to 4 different people including the major I was finally promised a refund… but of course that hasn’t happened. This business is a joke. I don’t Unilocal unless I’ve tried everything else.

i called these guys for a consult they sent a rep out to my house to give me a quote. he talked a lot about how dishonest and lazy most of his compeditors are then sceduled me an appointment for treatment. not only fid he never show up to treat my house, he never called me back, and they have a seperate answering service so the two measages i left for help have never been answered. still waiting…
