These guys are incompetent. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told after they inspected underneath the car that they could not work on it since they did not have the tools to remove the oil filter. I offered to show them that the filter was on the top of the engine bay behind the intake manifold, they still said they didn’t have the tool to work on it. Since my hood was never opened, hard to know what tool you might actually need. Be leary of these guys since laziness seems to be the working theme here

My brother took my Jeep in a few months ago to change the oil. They changed the oil. They did not fill my wiper fluids. There was absolutely none in there.
No one has touched the car until I recently went to get the oil changed at my regular place. They found a metal piece that the last technician BROKE OFF and just left on the skid plate. Without this piece my car could have had fluid in the transmission. I had to go to the dealership to get it fixed. Both my regular oil place and the dealership said that the broken piece was done by a person. There was no other way than for a person «who didn’t know what they were doing» to break it off. Needless to say, I’m never coming here again.
