Becky yelled at me on the phone after leaving us waiting in the rain over 55 minutes longer than our original 20 minute ETA. Kept saying «they’re on their way» until she yelled it at me and basically threatened not to pick us up.
Called Wimberly and they showed in 12 minutes. Go with Wimberly Taxi in Oroville since Yellow Cab doesn’t give a damn that they leave you out in the cold and lie about arrival time. Poor customer service from Becky… disappointing as we have tipped well in the past.
