Saddle Ridge

This apartment complex is wonderful!
This apartment complex was my first experience living in an apartment. I only lived here for about 5 months and had to break my lease with my roommate due to moving elsewhere (for personal reasons) but the time we did live here, it was great!
First of all, the management staff made everything so easy and always had answers to our questions, from the moment we inquired about leasing until the very day we moved. Everyone that I had encountered in the office were so kind and helpful. The complex was kept clean and maintained. The grass and plants always looked green and fresh. My neighbors were pretty quiet and mostly kept to themselves. There was always parking near my part of the complex if not right in front of my apartment.
The only time we had a maintenance request was when our door lock broke as my roommate was headed to work and they came and fixed it immediately. My one complaint about this apartment was that our front room (kitchen/​living room area) was always way hotter than the rest of our apartment, and that side of our apartment was shielded by the sun. The front door was not sealed properly, you could see the sun peeking in under the door which we assumed meant a lot of our cold air escaped and left the front room very warm in the summer.
As painful as breaking a lease may be, the process with management was so easy. I expected it to be a difficult and drawn out process, but it was smooth and as easy as something like that could be. Thank you so much Erica, Jennifer, and Brandon for everything! I would 100% recommend this complex to someone looking for a new place to live.

Lived here for 3 years and loved everything about this place! The staff is very responsive and approachable. Due to my job hours, most of maintenance/​general requests were via email and I always got replies within a couple of hours.
They maintained the property very well. The gym is very clean, not big, but the few equipments they have are very well maintained. I never used their pool, so I cant comment on that. The apartment location is excellent and is very close to everything I needed for day-​to-​day living. I would strongly recommend this place!

I absolutely LOVE living here at Saddle Ridge! We moved here, sight-​unseen, from PA and everyone in the Leasing Office was so helpful in aiding us in our move. Everything from the Apartments, the landscaping, the other residents and the beautiful view across the street of the Santa Catalina Mountains, has exceeded our expectations! Thank You Saddle Ridge for making our new home in Arizona worth coming home to!
