This place is Fabulous! I order chocolate croissants at least once a week. The tarts are incredible too. The only thing I am not a fan of is the cookies. This is a must go for everyone in the area. I only wish they opened earlier than 10am. It’s located in the Winn-​Dixie plaza on Granada.

Great bakery. Tried several items and loved them all. The pastries were fresh and tasted wonderful. Not processed or plastic tasting. I felt like everything was high quality and tasted as good as it looked.

Hard to give this place a good review because there was hardly anything to try. The display shelves were only about a quarter full and absolutely no bread products. Who runs a business like this? If you aren’t going to keep a good variety of pastries out all day long, then change the hours of operation. I can’t see myself driving out of my way only to find out there probably won’t be anything I am interested in.

The chocolate eclairs are amazing!!! They are filled with chocolate and not the traditional crème or pudding filling. Makes me want to visit France!

This is absolutely the best thing about living in Ormond Beach Florida! Very authentic although I have noticed some days they Americanize the cream. A great place for a coffee and to just soak the day in. The Baguettes are amazing and my wife and I make a point of getting at least 2 a week. I wish they would post some more pictures of France and bring in some more French charm so while you sit and drink one of the amazing coffee’s you could soak in a little more atmosphere.

Let me just say that I’m so thankful La Gourmandaise is here in Ormond Beach. I just moved here from Michigan and was thrilled to find this place. The place is a bit hard to locate but once you do, you will come back. The fresh meringues are to die for. Their baguettes are the closest thing to a real french baguette you will find in these parts. The owner is very friendly and pleasant and greets you in french always. I haven’t tried their cakes but by the description of them, they sound luscious. I love the fact that they used liqueurs in their cakes, something that a lot of bakeries have moved away from. I will be visiting this place regularly for sure.

Little Bakery located in a Plaza. One of the best and freshest Strawberry tarts I’ve ever had. The Epis Bread is also very good! This place was definitely a pleasant surprise!
