Got into town for Bike Week 2016 with a blown spark plug, Johnny and his crew got me in right away, diagnosed the problem and got me ready for my return trip north. Great people, I highly recommend this shop.

We are new to the area and had a fuel pump go out in one of our vehicles, on the bridge in the pouring rain. We picked honest 1 hoping the big fancy building would translate to good service. The next morning we received the quote. My husband is mechanical and in other circumstances could do the work himself. They were almost 200 $ higher than several other shops in the area. When we notified them we were taking it elsewhere, they told us we would have to pay for the diagnostic labor before releasing the vehicle. I protested, as that was not mentioned prior to us authorizing the quote.
Update: I did receive a call from the manager as he tried to justify the charges, stating that the independent garages in the area will undercut their price with cheap parts made in China. (The garage we took it to, get their parts from the same distributor and have a warranty) But he did waive the fee.

Having my car serviced is very much like me seeing a doctor. My car is a huge investment and in order to keep it running to my satisfaction, I need a place that will give me top notch service and where I can trust that the experts will do what needs to be done without pressuring me to add on anything unnecessary (and expensive). Much like going to a doctor — don’t tell me I need tests for things that are of no concern, but tell me the truth if there is a concern so we can work together to develop a long term plan to get me healthy. That is what this place is like. They are my car’s doctor. They care enough about me and my car to establish long term care, which is more cost effective and efficient in my books. Their prices are fair but what truly sets them apart is the attentive service and expertise. I love my car and with their help, it will keep me going! Forget the dealership, this place rocks! Look at where you bring your car… do you trust them like you do your doctor? If not, you need to switch and come here.

Brought our truck in for brakes had to come back to adjust… We were flustered but the owner reached out to us and made it more than right… Honest business that will truly go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, we will be returning to them for all of our future car needs! (He also explained that bc of it pouring rain they couldn’t hear them on the test drive after which was later explained to us making it all better)

Honest 1? More like DIShonest 1. I went here to have my AC looked at and they recharged the system and charged over a hundred dollars knowing there was a leak so it wouldn’t hold a charge. Went back after a week because the air wasn’t blowing cold and then they told me the compressor wasn’t working and were trying to charge me about 1000 dollars to replace it. I went and got a second opinion and it turned out to be a hose that cost me about 300 dollars to replace. Pretty shady people.
