Gym itself is pretty nice. Lots of great equipment.
The people unfortunately aren’t very great. I signed up for a 3 month membership, and got charged twice for the first month. This was corrected later, after telling people everyday for a week to have someone call me, and then speaking with the manager, who said I needed to speak with the person who signed me up.
I was hesitant to join this facility because of money issues I had when it was «Club Boom.» (They made charges that weren’t in the contract.)
When joining, I wasn’t told that I’d have to call and cancel my membership after 3 months, and they continued to charge me after 3 months and moving out of state. When I called to correct this, I was informed that the contract would now be cancelled but no refund for the month I wasn’t there.
Save yourself money and hassle and go to Planet Fitness. lol
