its not JUST that the prices differ from the website and they won’t honor them.
and its not that the kids who work there are rude, and that manager, the only person over 22 in the store, watches and says nothing.
and its really not that they don’t seem to know all that much about what they’re talking about and trust that you are so technically deficient that you’ll just trust them.
but when you add it up? its enough to make me go elsewhere. in this case, i drove over the true value on route 28 where they
had what i needed. infact, exactly the same cables as radio shack at half the price.
help that while appearing to be very young, was really technically proficient, helpful, not condescending and genuinely interested.
