I recently brought a pair of flip flops and dress shoes here, so that they would be repaired.
The flip flops were repaired in three days, with no complaints. The dress shoes, on the other hand, were left untouched and unrepaired. After three weeks of the dress shoes being unfixed, I took them back and was given a refund.
It was stated that the dress shoes would take two weeks to be fixed. However, the repair was not even started during this time frame.
Additionally, I was never contacted and informed about any challenges, or other issues associated with the repair of my dress shoes.

Gig’s is a fabulous place to buy shoes for troubled feet. I know, finally went there today. Wow, after getting some semi custom orthodics, I can walk like I used to. Two thumbs up!
