i purchased the $ 70 car diagnostic from your mechanic, the mechanic did not test out anything pertaining to my check engine light trouble code, he guessed that the sensor was the problem with my car. the mechanic is listed as having 21 years experience on your mechanics website so i took his word for it. i ended up paying for the sensor repair since that’s what the mechanic said was wrong with my car. right after he did the «repair «my check engine light came right back on. this time it came back on with the original code i had on my car but now its reading additional trouble codes!!! so their mechanic jacked up my car and my vehicle is still not fixed

Purchaed a BMW E85 Z4 3.0si and wanted to have it inspected.
Moved to Orlando in September 2014, and I don’t have any automotive contacts unlike at home.
I looked around for a Pre-​purchase Inspection to be done while the car was still at the dealership, awaiting new tires and the softtop motor to be replaced.
This was advantageous, as the car was already on a lift and the tech could use this to inspect the condition of the chassis, suspension, steering, transmission, gearbox and rear differential for seeping or leaking.
Prior to his arrival I had already looked under the car, and was confident of its condition.
The Pre-​purchase inspection was to verify what I knew about the car.
I made an appointment last week, got a confirmation of what Jahmal from your
needed for his inspection.
With the confirmation email, there was a picture of Jahmal, credentials and bio.
He arrived early and called to tell me so, but I was on my way to work and didn’t hear the call on my phone.
He called again after the Pre-​purchase Inspection for a verbal consultation, and other than cosmetic issues the car is in great condition as I surmised.
I was not present during the Pre-​purchase Inspection, but the dealership tech said he was pleasant, efficient and professional.
Jamahl Walker is very good at what he does and I stated I would like him to work on my car with three preventative things in the week or two.

A bit skeptical about mobile mechanics since it was my first time but it was the best auto repair experience! Jaun Pabon swapped out my flat and changed my tire! Dude was very confident and knowledgable answering every question I threw at him!
