I am a HUGE fan of Yogurt Breeze — I go almost every other day for their selection of super low-calorie frozen yogurts. They always have two flavors that are only 8 calories an ounce. That means I can fill up my 16 ounce cup to the brim for only 128 calories. The flavors are seriously amazing, too, and don’t taste«diet-y» or watery. They are rich and delicious. So far I have tried the Pistachio, Butter Pecan, Pina Colada, and Orange Creamsicle. They have all been wonderful. As far as the business itself — it’s always very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. They have foosball tables and it is a very family friendly atmosphere. I’m not one for toppings but they have a great selection and are always on top of keeping their chilled selections very sanitary and neat. They also have a rewards punch card and are very good about punching it for the amount of yogurt you get. I highly recommend Yogurt Breeze for those looking for affordable low-calorie ice cream alternatives.

Yum Yum Yogurt Breeze! That should be their slogan. Lake Nona is majorly lacking in available food choices but is slowly developing options. I prefer Yogurt Breeze’s flavors of fro-yo over nearby Menchie’s. I also like the location. Easy to get to when we are out that way to see family and plenty of parking. There are a few little restaurants in this same area such as Nona Sushi if you want desert after dinner. Who doesn’t? No complaints here. I like that flavors and the selection of toppings is average to other similar fro yo operations. Clean but cold in the shop so we usually take our treats to go. My parents come here more often then me and have never had a bad thing to say about it. They even have a frequent fro yo punch card. #regulars If you’re in the Nona area on a scorching day it is worth a stop to get some refreshing fro yo here.

My favorite yogurt bar in Orlando! They have a low carb, low cal, gluten free type of yogurt in some awesome flavors(besides the regular known flavors). it’s like 8 cal per oz and Im crazy for it. I keep going back to this place. Ambience is great, super clean, so yummy, toppings are fab too. they still have mochi which I love… and owners are very sweet and friendly.

Very clean, kid-friendly and courteous service. At least a dozen flavors, where each pair can be swirled. Extensive selection of toppings– candies, cereal, fruit, syrups and nuts. Also offers vanilla flavored nitrogen ice cream that can be mixed with any of the toppings. Great experience for families, friends, and anyone who wants to satisfy a froyo craving! Check in on Unilocal before you pay and get 15% off any purchase of $ 10 or more.

Awesome family spot. Just moved here in the area and it’s a great place to take kids. I just stopped in and they have Santa here taking pictures with the kids! Christmas music was playing and for a yogurt place it was a lot of fun. The yogurt is tasty with many options for toppings including cheesecake bites! I would suggest it to anyone that stops by its fantastic.

Went here for the first time and was very satisfied. We were greeted warmly. It was very clean with cute décor. There was a wide variety of flavones. I chose the candy bar yogurt with an assortment of toppings(of course). They have a rewards card which is also a nice benefit.

Great place for grabbing a quick yogurt or my new favorite nitrogen ice cream. Staff is always friendly. So I would disagree with the other reviewers and the place is always clean so if they want to hang out and talk to friends that’s not of any concern to me. They do tend to run out of nitrogen or the mix a lot. I would come here everyday if they had it. My niece loves this place!

Let me preface my review with; will get another star if the level of service goes up. Came in to try yogurt at a different place than our normal joint. Was greeted upon entry by a seated teen yelling«Welcome to Yogurt Breeze», but her uniform stated that she worked at Dominos. Ok, no biggie. we were all teens once. The three teenage males working were more interested in talking to the Dominos girl and joking around. Things got a little«cray cray» when a very off color rap song started to play… 2 out of 3 teens are screaming«Turn the channel, turn the channel!!» And the remaining teen is screaming«I’m trying», as the Dominos girl cackled uncontrollably.(I found this whole Keystone Cop act very funny!) After this, the teen workers came out with a slightly different attitude, with 2 cleaning and 1 actually helping us at the counter. Usual array of yogurt flavors and dry & wet toppings and syrups. One bonus this shop has is the nitrogen ice cream. You start with a vanilla ice cream base, then you get to choose 3 mix-ins. Very cool to watch as the counter person freezes your mixture with liquid nitrogen. The resulting ice cream is *very* hard and difficult to eat! Make sure to take some time to let it soften up! Decent yogurt, trendy ice cream gimmick, but less than stellar ambiance. I’ll try again, if my usual place happens to be closed!

This place has potential. It was clean just like our favorite fro yo shop down the street and the fiancé’ had a nice cup of yogurt that she enjoyed. I had ice cream made under nitrogen. Kinda cool and gimmicky but I was able to choose three toppings and it was neat to see how it worked. The result was a super hard ice cream… can’t complain about the flavor, I got to pick it after all… The toppings bar had all the usual suspects. So why only a three star rating? Well, it doesn’t feel warm inside at all… and I don’t mean temperature… it just didn’t feel inviting. When we came in, we were greeted by a gaggle of teens who were all visiting with each other vs working and some didn’t even work there. I remember when I was a kid and we’d visit our friends at work, so I tolerated it… but its so hard to give this more stars when I have to compare it to the place up the street where the teens running the place are always busy working, cleaning and happily taking care of their customers in a super professional manner. I’d go back and try a different flavor, I mean the place was clean and the dessert was good… Just not the inviting atmosphere I was looking for.

Thank goodness another froyo place opened in the 32832. The other spot was just too crowded. Yogurt Breeze is a great new addition to the area. It has a clean, bright layout with a great selection of flavors and toppings. I still can’t believe something that tastes so good can be fat free! It’s so bleeping good!(Seinfeld, anyone?) AND at YB It’s 2 cents cheaper per ounce than the other local froyo joint. That doesn’t amount to much unless you eat a LOT of froyo. Not that there’s anything wrong with that…

Really excited to see a new frozen yogurt place in the plaza and can’t wait to check it out!
