This place is definitely the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Every single time the service is horrible. Last night 4÷19÷2015 my wife and I went because everything else was closed. The unpleasant experience began almost immediately when we asked to have more time to look and there was a groan and a sigh. Then when we went to order there were several items that they did not have! The main one being the frosty! This time at least they got our order right. However, there’s customer service is and probably always will be horrible. The management must not care. It is hard to believe that this Wendy’s is part of the corporation!

New remodel makes little sense. They should have installed a play place as the Chik Fil A next door is always packed and their food is more expensive. The people that used to work there are gone. I have only seen one person I can recognize. The rest of the staff is clueless and argumentative. I believe this is a sign of poor management and training. They have yet to get my order right once. Either something is left out like a sandwich I paid for or I ask for a plain cheese burger and it has condiments on it. Yesterday we asked for a coke and a coke zero… they depressed both tabs indicating the same cola. When we asked which was which they didn’t seem to care and shrugged their shoulders. My husband asked for a coke again just to make sure we didn’t have two zero cokes. It’s just overall frustrating horrible service and they are always out of something like wraps yesterday! The management/owners must not care at all.

This location ha been completely renovated. Very nice inside and out. Too bad the service is the same as it was before. Very slow during lunch rush. Gets very crowded in the area to wait for your food after ordering. For some reason this place apparently has no other door for them to take the garbage out. All garbage is taken out through the front door. Isn’t that some sort of health violation?

I was there a few weeks ago. Ordered a burger medium fries and a medium drink. Besides waiting over 10 minutes in drive thru to get cold food, I must have forgot to mention to hold the clumps of knots of long black hair on my burger. My cup of soda was barely half filled and my fries were cold, soggy, and my fries were in a medium size holder but was not even small fries. When I called to complain the manager could careless and was extremely rude. These are the people who want a minimum wage increase. You have to be kidding me, with the service… or lack of service from this visit has just proven to me how nasty Wendy’s actually is. I gag every time just thinking about the clumps of hair

Words cannot express my deep disappointment in this place, but I’ll try anyway. First time, my fries were literally dark brown with so much grease on them that I actually burned my hand when I touched them. Second time, the iced coffee I ordered«light on the cream» was a glass of milk with a splash of coffee in it. Third time, my 10 piece spicy nugget was an 7 piece spicy nugget, 3 piece regular nugget. If that wasn’t bad enough, the 7 spicy nuggets had been cooked for so long that the chicken in the middle was the consistency of paper. Oh, and they forgot the ranch. The upside? The last visit, the girl giving me my food was pleasantly friendly; a drastic change from the other two visits where I’m not even sure they knew whether or not they were putting my almost upside down food bag in my hand or dropping it out the window onto the pavement. Don’t bother with this place, you’re better off starving to death.

Every once in a while i’ll be so hungry my head starts to hurt. Being the closest thing(and because I refuse to give Chic-Fil-A busines… Wendy’s is all I have left. The last three times I’ve gone SOMETHING has gone wrong(including putting onions on a sandwich that I had just finished telling the girl I was deeply and profoundly allergic to). I’m with the other girl, apparently they don’t carry straws or even heard of them. Let me open my tea up and spill it all over my chest while my fiancé drives us home. That seems reasonable. Going inside is the worst thing I have ever done. They are rude, loud, and they don’t give two figs if you are standing there with no one helping you. Next time I will much rather eat cardboard than deal with their crap.

Ah, dammit. Another day in the Wendy’s drive-thru on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at approximately 1:15 pm., an encounter that Wendy’s Corporate did not want to hear and thus I will replay in a public forum. I wasn’t very hungry on this day, but I figured I should force-feed myself in order not to crash and burn later. Per usual, the drive-thru was a 20-minute ordeal that gave me a chance to ponder what I really wanted out of life, which was a Junior Cheeseburger and Value Diet Coke I pull up to the first window and the cashier looks confused. First cashier: «Junior cheeseburger, value fries and a value diet coke?» Me: «Nope, just the junior cheeseburger and value diet coke.» Confusion ensues as the cashier brings in another cashier to work out the dilemma. Second cashier: «So a junior cheeseburger and two value fries?» Me: «Nope, just a junior cheeseburger and a value diet coke.» I’m sent on my way to the second window. The second cashier hands me a bag containing a junior cheeseburger and a value fries, all while saying«Junior cheeseburger and a value coke.» OK, I think, she must work in the abstract. I point out, tactfully, that I got fries instead of a diet coke. Freakout ensues. Second cashier: «Nuh uh, I axed you at the other window and you did not say dat! If you want a diet coke, it will be $ 1.06!» Oh, shit, I thought, she’s going to douse me with that value sized diet coke sitting mere inches from her elbow, the one I’d paid for and was rightfully mine. I did not want fries, because Maitland Wendy’s fries taste like 3-year-old grease and everybody knows this. I was so very thirsty, but not thirsty enough to have an old-fashioned fist fight in the drive-thru at Wendy’s, which is why I sped away with the bitter french fries. Another normal day at Maitland Wendy’s.

I think the employees here have contests to see who can be the most surly to customers. I ordered in and the girl behind the counter must have hated her life. I then sat with my son to eat in a dining room that was dirty and musty. Not a pleasant experience at all. I hadn’t had a junior bacon cheeseburger since college and mine was good– hence the two stars. The salad was blah and my son didn’t even really like his nuggets. The only reason we came here is because the Chick-fil-A was too busy. I don’t think we’ll make that mistake again.

Horrible service, mediocre food at best. Unfortunately it is very close to where I work and the convenience is why I keep eating here…

Warning! If you use the drive thru be ready to park and return your«food». Absolutely no pride in their product — fries were cold, limp, greasy, and flavorless. The new«fish» sandwich is over-breaded over dried out processed fish pieces. From now on I’ll be going next door to Chik Fil A.

eh, just your typical Wendy’s. With Chick Fil A behind them i’m surprised they do any business at all. It’s the dollar or dollarish menu that draws me in during those have only change in my pocket kind of days.

I go here once in a while during my lunch break. Today, they were out of potatoes! I mean, c’mon. I was so disappointed. Then I asked for change because I was getting something for a co-worker and the cashier told me she did not have change for a 5 dollar bill. This was beyond annoying. Also, when you ask for mayo at this joint, make sure you ask for 2 because they skimp on giving you a teaspoon in a to go container. Not the best Wendy’s in town.

I live across the street from this Wendy’s so needless to say, I go at least twice a month. The worst is… it’s so close I can smell it leaving the gym(grrrr). I usually have had regular, fast-food quality service at this location. This weekend happened to be so busy that I went to this location twice and had two extremely different experiences. One so-so and the other, pretty terrible. Yesterday morning I stopped by(in the drive-thru) to grab some breakfast. I was informed the biscuits would take 5 min so I told them I would come in and wait… I had a craving! I was given a minute to minute update on the status of the biscuits from the manager — that was super nice. However, I think the fact that I came in and waited and didn’t just drive to the other Wendy’s down the street should have at least gotten me something for free… hash-browns while I waited, small coffee… something! But it’s ok, I was just happy to get breakfast. Then the total was announced: $ 8 — WHAT??? for 2 chicken biscuits!!! If I knew this I would have paid the cent difference on the meal which included a drink and hash-brows. Disappointed they didn’t point that out. As far as today’s visit, it went something like this… There was a line in the drive-thru but I walked so I went inside. The manager(not the same one as yesterday) appeared to be on her break and eating in the dining area. There were five people behind the counter and they all looked at me when they passed the register but no one said anything. I continued to stand there for over 3 minutes easily and just watched them all, passing by, not saying anything, getting drive-thru orders ready, talking to each other. Then the manager returns behind the counter and starts talking to an employee who was having an issue with something… it appeared… and still no one said anything to me. I said — «ok really?» and the manager said«what happened?» and I said absolutely nothing, I have been standing here for 3 minutes and no one has said a word to me. They just all stared at me. I left. Went to Chick-Fil-A next door. It was yummy! Anytime I am rushed I *Might* go back to this location. If I have time, I will go somewhere else instead. Customer Service… such a simple thing that is easily forgotten.
