Wendy’s

Spicy chicken sandwiches have tasted awful on multiple occasions. They have been out of potatoes multiple times and, when they are available, they are burned and disgusting.

Stopped by for a Baconator. Man what a burger. Customer service was excellent. I stopped by one busy Saturday afternoon.

First I would like to say that Mari our register server was fantastic in the way she handled my family. Our order came out wrong and she was very pleasant fixing our order. The entire staff was friendly and the store was very clean. I am huge on customer service and the store was AWESOME! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! First class professionalism.

Nothing really special. Came in for lunch at 11am. Cashier was very friendly. Got a baconator which was sub par but the fries were great.

I have been going to this Wendy’s location ever since I lived down the street in this part of the Colonialtown neighborhood. That is going back to the late 1980s’. It has since been remodeled. But every time I go to this Wendy’s, the service is always good, the food is hot, and the place is clean.
While running some errands last week. I decided to stop in for lunch. And it is still clean, the service is good, and the food is served hot.
But this Wendy’s, located in the Colonialtown area, is always busy for lunch and dinner. So be prepared to wait before you order. Which is good, because then it gives you time to look over the menu and helps you decide what to order. It also prevents you from looking stupid when the cashier asks you if he/​she can take your order and you have that deer in the headlights look.
Anyway, after waiting a few minutes, I ordered a Double Cheese Combo with medium french fries and a medium drink, along with a medium chocolate Frosty. There was a wait for my burger and fries, so the counter attendants asked me if I would like to wait and have my Frosty served later. I decided to just take my Frosty and wait for my meal, which did not take long. The french fries came up right after my burger, and these could not be any hotter! I hate getting a meal and the french fries are cold. Not here. Delicious! My double cheese burger was good as well. The only problem I had with my meal was with the soda fountain. They were out of Coke Zero, so I went with Diet Coke. I then told the counter staff about the problem, and a young lady working the counter immediately went to take care of the problem.
You are probably thinking right now, «Why the hell are you drinking Diet Coke when your meal is well over _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​calories! Let alone a damned ice cream!» I know. I should have just gone with the regular Coke. But I always go for the diet soda.
Anyway, I have never had a problem with the food or service here at this Wendy’s location. The dining room is large and always tidy. The bathrooms are clean, plus there are tables along the window looking out onto State Road 50. Always fun to watch the world go by while you are relaxed and having a quiet meal.
My order came up to $ 9.78.Like I said, this place is busy. Even during the time between lunch and dinner. So if you stop in, be prepared to wait a few. But don’t worry. Someone will be with you shortly. And your meal will be ready. Hot and fresh.
Maybe next time I’ll put a shot of Coke in with my Diet coke.

Love going to this Wendy’s they have a very fast drive thru, the food has always been fresh and yummy. The customer service is great!
During lunch they are very busy so if you are just going to make a quick stop I suggest you park and walk in real quick because it will be quicker than the drive thru during lunch which is normally 12pm till like 2pm.
Order a chicken caesar wrap very yummy and fresh!

Let me start by saying I work in the area and sometimes the only option is a drive-​thru and back to office. When you go to Wendy’s, or any burger drive-​thru for that matter, you just want to get your stuff and go. While I don’t expect the best customer service, you always hope you never receive terrible service. Well this Wendy’s Drive-​Thru is one of the worst. Unhappy, dissatisfied employee’s who are not there to assist you. They are always in to much of a hurry to assist you and rush you on your way. They speak to fast and unclear on their drive-​thru intercom, and 25% of the time my order is incomplete (it is always the one time I don’t check the bag that it is wrong). The salads here are almost always watered down (not like the other Wendy’s I’ve been to). I just feel they don’t really care about the customer here.
