I’ve been here twice and I’ve had great experiences both times. They are very helpful and have great customer service. I’ve come for repairs and they have done an awesome job. Battery replacement for your watch comes with a 1 year warranty which is a plus! I’ll be coming back.

I broke the crystal face on my Citizen watch and they were able to replace it. My watch looks brand new again! Thank you!!!

WARNING: Do not take your precious jewelry to this place unless you do not mind it being ‘fixed’ with a piece of scotch tape.
I took my watch back here to be fixed (as it is where I had purchased it years ago) it was a simple link that needed to be replaced. The moment I walked in the customer service was disgraceful. The first response was to not want to help even saying they «never sold that brand of watch» ?? well $ 25 and over an hour later the link was supposedly fixed… only to re break a week later. I am grateful that it fell off in my car or my beloved watch would now be broken. When I called and spoke to the manager «Jay» not only did I not receive an apology for such disgraceful service causing me to almost lose my watch Forever he had the nerve to suggest I may have to pay to re «fix» the pin again… a WEEK later! he was also (once again) incredibly rude and even refused to give me the contact information or even the name of the store owner as to inform him of the ridiculously poor customer service that is being run by this man in his store.
Please save yourself the time, worry and hassle and avoid this ghetto establishment.

While sitting for an appointment I realized that the reason the appointment seemed to last forever was not because it was, but because my watch had actually stopped! I was close by and knew that they did services on watches. I zipped in and had a new battery in minutes. Although, later that day I went swimming with my daughter and it filled up with water. A few days later I went back and told them what happened. They apologized and made it right by repairing the watch at no cost. I had my watch as good as new a few days later. They also service Sunnto watches and dive computers. While I waited I noticed they did have a nice selection of watches and jewelry. Though I didn’t look into the pricing.
Overall, good service.
