This Walgreens is just fine. People who live in dr. philips are just spoiled rich assholes. The staff and pharmacist was friendly. the pharmacist even took the time to help me on the phone. This place is old but it’s perfectly fine. If anyone was rude at this location it was because the douche bags with their maseratis were giving the employees a hard time to begin with.

Terrible pharmacy. Terrible pharmacist. I Was severely injured in a car accident and went to get some medications filled and was treated like a crackhead and spoken to terribly. I was given untrue excuses why they wouldn’t fill my prescriptions. Then I went to Publix across the street and although they didn’t have the medicine they spoke to me like a human being. You treat people /patients on a case-by-case basis. I’ll never go back.

I’m going to go ahead and say, avoid this place. They are not very efficient at all. There were two pharmacist and 4 pharmacy techs while we were here. We dropped our scripts off an hour and half before we went back. Although, one medication was not filled for purposes entirely the doctors fault, our other medication was«lost» for a bit. I’m used to some pretty great pharmacies so I must be spoiled by my pharmacist and pharmacy techs. This place really is a joke though. Said they would help find other over the counter med when they did not. Finally when he came to help I had already found something myself that I thought might work, and he just agreed with me and said just give half what I would for older kids. They are slow as molasses. I wouldn’t go here again if I lived in the area.

If I could give this Walgreens a zero star rating I would. Went there to get a prescription filled for my daughter who has the flu. The drive through lane for drop off is closed so I have to go in the store with my sick toddler. They tell me it will be a 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later they don’t apologize even once for the wait and give me my prescription. The same prescription I have filled at a Target pharmacy for cheaper. I drive home and open up the box and they didn’t even mix the prescription. It took them 35 mins to put a sticker on a bottle?!? So my husband had to drive all the way back to get them to do their job and fill my toddlers prescription. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.

Recently was in need of some allergy and sinus meds at 9pm at night. Not the regular kind, the serious kind that I needed from the Pharmacy and thank heavens I was in Dr. Phillips and found this spot with Unilocal. A 24-HR Pharmacy… Yes, please! It’s amazing and at 9pm it was bumping. So happy they have this option. Also while I was there I grabbed a few other things and the staff was very nice. Keep this in mind for all your late night needs.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now. This is by far my favorite pharmacy.

Switched to Publix pharmacy, they typically have 2 techs and never a wait. Will never use Walgreens for a prescription again that’s for sure.

All Walgreens are not created equal. I was especially disappointed with how rude the staff was, not to me, but to other customers, and how they were willing to help one person but not another. Also, it’s probably a good idea to have more than one cashier, particularly when she’s quite elderly and moves very slowly. However, this location is open 24 hours and is convenient to other businesses.
