UCF Recreation and Wellness Center at Knights Plaza

Compared to the main gym, this one is much smaller but it still has plenty of equipment and even classes. They have from treadmills to elipticals to step climbers. They have free weights and also machine weights. They also have 2 changing rooms and 2 bathrooms with showers plus extra bathroom. This location also provides you with lockers.
They have a group excercise room which only teaches Barre, yoga (different types), Pirates, and very few more. In the main gym the rest of the classes are taught. The staff is very friendly and polite, always saying ‘hello’ and ‘bye’. They also have a station to refill your water bottle. This location does not get as full as the main gym. But, it is very organized, cleaned, well stocked, and in convenient to the people taking classes near by. I come here mostly for weight training and yoga.
