Don’t see why this True Religion store location has a one star rating? What’s so bad about it? Prices are normally this high due to real stitching, the jeans are nice and well made. I like the hoodies, the Joey’s Super T’s. The service from the staff are nice and pleasant compared to other places around the outlet mall area who just stand behind you looking over your shoulder. This location has jeans, sweat pants, socks, t shirts, hats, beanie hats and dressing rooms to try on the clothing item your wanting to purchase.
Yes, the clothing items run true to size, big or small depends on the item your wanting to try on and purchase if your wanting to buy that certain item. This location is easy to walk to with out any hasslements

If I could I would of give this establishment not a whole star. My husband went In and purchase some Jeans and shirts and he was treated rudely. His cashier was giving us an attitude problem I’m holy than thou presence. I told my husband after tonight no more. We will not be buying from this brand. My whole family shop in this true religion store no more. Never felt such treatment until today.

I walk in and felt invisible. I do appreciate being given time to browse. However, no one asked if I needed assistance at all. No one said «Hello» or anything. And clerks were everywhere seeming to comment and laugh at customers on their little head gear that sales people wear now. As I was rang up, there was no «Thank you». The guy handed me the bag and said «Have a good one.» Wow! What poor customer service. A couple of customers were wearing the sagging pants style. EWWW! And even a clerk had sagging pants! An actual employee. This place was so utterly unprofessional. If my son and daughter didn’t like the brand and expected a souvenir, I would have been out of there in a ‘New York minute’. I DON’T RECOMMEND!
