I really like this location. The staff is always friendly, they say hello and ask if you need any help finding anything right away, and they have a pretty big selection of supplements & products. Personally, I’ve also found that they always seem to have what I want on sale. I actually ran in about 10 minutes before closing time today to grab some protein cookies because today was the last day of the sale, which is the cheapest price anywhere in Orlando — yes, I’ve actually checked all over the city for these particular protein cookies that I love!

While Vitamin Shoppe has a number of locations in the area, this has become my go to shop for supplements /vitamins. They seem to have the best overall selection of any of the shops I have visited. The staff here is friendly and doesn’t try to talk you into buying things you don’t want or need which I really appreciate.

This is the new store open by Millenia. My first impression is bright, clean, and organized. I was immediately greeted by a «health enthusiast» who answered my questions and was very knowledgable about the products.
I cannot say how wonderful this is! I am so tired of going to GNC where people have no interest about health at all, it’s simply a job.
There are vitamins, supplements, tons of teas, eco personal care and cleaning products, as well as protein and work out supplements. I really like the focus on education as well. Two computers are in the back as well as a vitamin guide book so you can research different conditions and herbs /vitamins if you would like.
