Bottom Line: I will come to this HD, even though it is not the closest one to me, because of the service!
I’m giving this experience at this Home Depot 5 stars because of the service I got.
I went in and knew I needed someone who really knew their stuff. I ran into Kevin and asked him «Who knows this store and its inventory really well?» He gave the perfect answer «Me!» But then I really pressured him and told him what I needed and he truthfully told me «See Glen, at the Pro Desk, he knows everything».
I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that answer. I’ve been in HD before and had people BS me and I bought their line as knowledge then was disappointed with the results.
I quickly found Glen and I told him what I was trying to do. He came up with a few options and walked me over to the materials I would need. He found me the perfect solution to something that I have been trying to solve for over a year!
I checked out with Sue who was a pleasure to do business with as well.
Kevin, Glen and Sue made this trip to HD a 5* experience — thank you!

I want to give a quick review acknowledging the Excellent customer server we received yesterday from cashier Kimberly, who was very very kind to us in the morning, and Joshua, who helped us out later in the day when we bought a 5 gallon jug of paint that we couldn’t lift into our car. Excellent work from both teammates.

They always have everything I need for any given DIY project I come up with and conveniently at a low price. Staff knows us and always greets us with a smile. Very helpful.

This is a very busy Home Depot. For the amount of business they do it is understaffed, but that is the management’s fault. It has a wide variety of products and a knowledgeable staff. They have been very nice to me when I need to return or exchange products. There are self check out lanes which I recommend using because that will get you in and out faster.

As a customer service person, I appreciate when I am helped finding what I’m looking for… These guys could not find the item that I needed while standing right in front of it. good luck shopping here

We don’t always find a clerk when we have questions inside (a bit understaffed) as compared to Millennium which is our other store but their Garden employees are OUTSTANDING! We live in Windemere so both are a 20 min. drive. Whenever we go for heavy loads of bark, soil or shrubs… we know these guys are going to «take over» for us on the loading. They’re awesome! They pack the carts full, wheel it out and very carefully place it into the car. Extremely friendly too, love them & really like this store!

Love Home Depot. Hate this store. It has to be the worst Home Depot in the Orlando area. The layout of this store is beyond horrific. There is not enough parking. Good luck trying to find someone to help you find what you are looking for. Lastly inventory is always low. I just don’t get it. Hopefully corporate will tear down the building and build a modern store elsewhere.

You know, for not selling anything to eat, I sure visit this place a lot.
I don’t dare admit it is near to being a hobby store for me of a sorts cause most of the stuff they are hawking, involves sweat, dirt, and or blood to utilize. Doesn’t sound like too much fun or «enjoyable».
So, I use their cool internet site to check if my usual store has «the stuff» to extend my patio project to under the swing. Oops, glad I did,. Only one in stock!??
Gotta love the internet and a company that shows you their real-​time inventory accounting. Turns out I needed to go to an alternate store where there was plenty of the labor laden bags of base gravel at 30#s a bag or so, for my toiling enjoyment. I’ll take 12 please… Ughh!
Check out is a breeze as most of the garden cashiers know their «stuff» really well and rarely have to ask for help on a bad skew — or how ever you spell it!
CONSISTENCY is such a good thing and makes the decision to come back less than a decision, but more like a realization.

There’s a reason I drive twice as far to get to the Lowe’s on Good Homes Rd. The customer service here sucks. I didn’t think it was possible but it’s worse than Walmart.
