I really can’t wait to gush about this place to all of my friends! 5 stars across the board. I need to really recognize our leasing agent, Alexis, for being super professional, easy to work with, and really responsive with our emails and questions. Emily was also very wonderful to us during the leasing process, when we came in to tour the units for a second time, she was super friendly and really informative. First and foremost — this is THE place to live in Orlando/Maitland. We moved from our current place a little early just to get into this new apartment community before they filled up, because they are just that beautiful. The view over Lake Shadow is gorgeous in the evening and we enjoy the quiet while sitting on our screened over-sized patio. The feel of the place is much like a home, with a large kitchen, complete with a granite island(fancy!) and wide hallway space, huge over-sized tubs(which I loooove) and even wood laminate floors that add a real sophistication to the feel of the whole space. We chose the«Moonbeam» model and just moved in this week. The amenities alone are worth the move. They have a really great workout room, with top of the line equipment(at least, top of the line for an average person — I’m no bodybuilder), a gorgeous pool with a ton of seating space, and a tanning bed, which I was most excited about. Something I cant wait to use are the 2 giant BBQ grills in the outdoor space, which are really inviting. I am looking forward to seeing if there are any community events in the clubhouse, since there is plenty of room to entertain and host events. The clubhouse even has a business area with fax machines, printers, computers, etc. as well as a billiard table, poker table and even a gaming area with Xbox’s. Sidenote — they have a doggie washing area, which I am going to LOVE after taking our dog to the dog park. Valet trash, elevators, and gated entrance in each building really set this place above the rest when it comes to amenities. I really can’t say enough about the beauty of this community, and if you are someone who appreciates the finer things in life, just take a tour and you’ll be packing your bags later that day — I swear. I was super impressed when we toured the property for the first time. The second part of the complex is still under construction, so I’d imagine once it is finished, it will be *the* talk of the town. I really can’t comment on living here long term, since we just moved in, but I will say with a portal online to handle rent payments, a responsive leasing staff, and a community portal where all of the neighbors can talk to one another(which is really clever, by the way), it’s going to be a lovely place to spend a few years before buying a home.

Bad experience with one of their leaving agents, Dionne. I’ve tried to get an explanation on a few things only to be ignored. Horrible customer service skills.
