We stopped by on a Tuesday during business hours. No one was there, the door was locked. Reading other reviews, seems like this is usually the case. Very annoying.

I can’t really give a complete review as they were closed at 9:30am on a Thursday. No hours listed on the door. Should I roll the dice and take a chance that they’ll be open next time? Hmmm… Unlikely.

Great neighborhood coffee spot. We come every weekend and bring our dog with us. Joyce always greets us with a smile and treats for our pup. The coffee is roasted locally(cocoa beach– banana river coffee co) and is delicious. Bring a book or your laptop and hang out for awhile.

Joyce the owner is wonderful. So are all the coffee flavors. Blueberry + peanut butter and jelly are my two favs. But as another Unilocaler mentioned, the hours are inconsistent and the promises of baked goods haven’t been met yet. I will give this a better review once everything comes together because the coffee and Joyce are terrific.

This is an adorable little shop! It’s located right in the middle if a residential street and it’s super convenient if you live in the area and don’t feel like driving out to Orange avenue to get a cup of coffee. The owner is a lovely woman named Joyce who is usually there. There’s usually 4 different brews of coffee. Don’t expect anything fancy though — just the coffee, some cream and sugar. I have to say the coffee is pretty good though. Plus, it’s only $ 2 for a 16oz cup. They have a lovely patio and are very pet friendly. They have kinda sporadic hours because the owner is a wedding florist as well.

The Coffee Garden opened recently and is still getting it’s feet firmly planted on the ground, but has great promise for folks(like me) living in the area. Located on the corner of Kaley on Ferncreek across from Kaley Elementary, I stopped this morning for a cup of coffee on my way to work and was greeted by Joyce, the shop’s owner, who was very pleasant and genuinely happy to have my business. The coffee choices were House, Sumatra, Caramel Cashew, and Snickerdoodle and appear to change daily, but are posted on their Facebook page if you’d like to get a sneak peak before stopping. I found out after ordering my coffee that for now they’re cash only, and was bummed that I might have to pass since I wasn’t carrying cash, but Joyce gave me my coffee on the house, a gesture for which I fully plan repay in the coming days. She will be accepting cards as soon as that system is ready. I inquired about their hours, and she’s open from 7am — 3pm Monday — Friday and opens at 8 on Saturday mornings. I noticed the shop was closed on Monday when I passed by but she’s also a florist, so when I inquired about that she said she had a wedding that day and her employee was unavailable to work so regretfully she wasn’t able to open the shop. I love small, locally owned businesses I fully plan to support this place. The coffee was hot and good and Joyce provides multiple options for creamer should you fancy it. I opted for almond milk and my coffee was delicious. She didn’t have baked goods today(which was probably a good thing given the diet I’m *trying* to stick to) but she will start carrying that more regularly. The décor inside the shop was welcoming and if I wasn’t in a rush to get to work I might have stayed to enjoy my coffee there. I also found out The Coffee Garden dog friendly which is great news for me since I often walk my pooch right by there. There is a patio with tables/umbrellas next to the building, and she is planning a dog friendly«Yappy Hour» in a couple of weeks. There’s a farmers market planned as well. I’m very excited about The Coffee Garden, and hopeful that great things are to come. UPDATE: 10÷24÷14 — Attended«Yappy Hour» with my pup last night and had big fun. Halloween costume contest for the dogs. I really love this place.
