This is very nice Cuban bakery with friendly employees and great food. They serve breakfast and lunch and have a large menu. They even have fresh squeezed orange juice you can watch them squeeze! The Cuban sandwich was very good! Nice atmosphere with pictures of Cuba & nice Latin music. I’ll be back.

I found Tainos bakery while looking for someone who could make my daughter a birthday cake. We do not live in Orlando but would be there during her birthday. I decided to trust the good reviews that I saw online about Tainos Bakery and Deli. Thank goodness I did. They were so wonderful to work with. They were professional and their prices were reasonable, but mostly, the cake was DELICIOUS! I had given them a picture of what I wanted and they exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely encourage everyone to try this yummy bakery!!!

Meh… I feel like this place is more of a patin fusion. Not true Puertorrican. I mean, the menu is a dead giveaway. Small variety of sweets, however, they sell loafs of bread, which is a pro. I would say it is a good place to get some inexpensive fair tasting food, but nothing amazing. Had the chicken burger which was«meh», but fiancée had the Tripleta which he loved. Also… I feel like they should have«real coffee». They have 7 Eleven kind of coffee… You know what, I think even 7 eleven has more variety when it comes to coffee. This place is «pa’ resolver»… Like any Puertorrican might say.

Having moved closer to the Azelea Park area, I’ve driven past this bakery many times and had been meaning to try, today I did and my mouth and tummy are thanking me! Pretty basic setup inside, tables and a counter top framing the window where you can sit. A bakery case full of goodies as well. A gentleman took my order, I went with the Media Noche on sweet bread with a side of tostones. Options for sandwich were nicely explained to me, regular(mustard and pickle) or fully loaded– lettuce, onion, mayo mustard and ketchup. I went with the regular. About 7 – 10 minutes my sandwich was delivered. Same gentleman offered me a special sauce — he explained a mixture of mayo, ketchup and garlic. It was delicious on the tostones! My food? Steaming hot deliciousness! The bread flaky and fresh, filled with flavorfull and tender meat! Alot of sandwich, I could only eat half in one sitting! I’m excited about this place! I can’t wait to try their other sandwiches and platters! The service was great. At one point the owner brought out Unilocal and asked me if I was someone that had commented on my very same order on Unilocal.I replied, no, but I’ve checked in! Great to see an owner who is Unilocal aware! A great lunch! Yum.

Excellent place for Puerto Rican /Latin sandwiches however the bakery selection is very basic and simple. Coffee is regular«gas station» coffee which is not a great representation of authentic Puertorrican coffee. The«bistec» and«tripleta» sandwiches are a must. Don’t underestimate this small gem! The baked goods, particularly the breads are simply perfect. They have many breakfast and lunch sandwiches, large portions for a very small price. Their empanadas and quesitos are also amazing. Their chicken empanadas are the best ones I’ve had in orlando! Friendly service as well, the only downside is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait(because of the long lines) people know where it’s at!

I LOVE the Cuban sandwiches from Taino’s Bakery! My favorite food is a Cuban and I don’t mess around… they are so delicious, with the perfect blend of seasoned meats, cheese, mustard and pickles… mmm! The best in town. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always okay, mostly. They have delicious looking desserts and breakfast specials that I have never tried but I wouldn’t doubt they would be delicious. I can’t speak for other menu options, but as for the Cuban sandwiches – the best in town. A hidden gem!

First and foremost, let me clarify that this bakery is in no way, shape, or form related to the piece-of-crap Taino’s that use to be located on Colonial and Alafaya.(They finally went out of business and closed down!) Now that you can breathe a sigh of relief, let me get on to the specifics of my visit. When you first walk in, it doesn’t look like much. Heck, the strip mall in itself doesn’t look like much. They’ve got a few tables and chairs scattered around the place, and you can see trails of bread crumbs on some of the tables and on the floor, proof that someone had devoured a toasty sandwich recently. They’re either so busy that they don’t have time to come by and clean it up or… not, either way it’s not very appealing and I have to admit that I was kinda nervous about eating here. The lady who first took our orders made it very clear that she would rather be anywhere on the entire planet except tending to us, there wasn’t even a hint of a smile on her face even after we warmly greeted her. We ordered Tripleta sandwiches(Pork, turkey, ham and swiss cheese) and sat next to a couple who were so busy inhaling their sandwiches that all you could hear was the occasional satisfactory grunt and slurping of soda, this was a sign of good things to come. Another lady brought out our sandwiches and apologized for the wait, she was much more agreeable than the previous woman. You will have to wait a good 15 — 20 minutes for your sandwich, but when it’s finally done and you take that first bite, you will be glad that you waited. The flavors bursting through are phenomenal. Actual pulled pork and the turkey too is slow roasted and pulled apart, not your wishy-washy mystery deli meats here. I have to admit, this is probably the best Tripleta I’ve had in Orlando. That and the soda only set us back $ 6 each. They gave us two donuts for the price of one because of our wait but do yourself a favor and just… don’t, trust me. Come for the sandwiches; make sure you don’t slip and slide on the breadcrumbs when you walk out.
