Emailed them on 7/​8, 10, & 13 asking for a shipping estimate since I was unable to get their shipping calculator on their site to work. They ignored all of my emails. Worst customer service ever. Why offer contact info if you are going to totally ignore emails? Bought the same hammock from a dealer on that other big site that starts with an «A» who was very responsive and got free shipping to boot.
