Subway

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, I love the food. Friendly staff. However, I always put in an online order and it says your order will be ready in fifteen minutes. When I always get there after fifteen minutes, it still is not made or being worked on. I understand that there may be short staff or a long line, but even chipotle across the street gets my order on time. I tried to put it aside, but it has happened too often to the point that I don’t even want to go to this location. I apologize for my rude review, however they need to learn speed and time management.
Also, this time today I had to wait for my sandwich even longer about another 30 minutes when I got there because they needed to make more bread because they ran out of Italian herb and cheese and another bread. It’s a Saturday. I work in a restaurant and we prepare enough for that entire night and have back up.

I’m sure most of us (if not all of us) have eaten at Subway, so writing a review about their food, isn’t really going to change your mind. However, we all haven’t been to this location, so let me tell you about it.
First impression was: clean. I walked in and was surprised at how clean and tidy everything was. The floors were shiny, the tables wiped, and no mess anywhere. Great start.
Get to the counter and the employee was attentive and friendly. I asked if she knew how to make a Chicken Pizziola (a delicious sub that was removed from the menu, and not all employees know how to make), and to my surprise she said yes. While she made my sub, quickly and neatly I might add, I noticed that all the sub items were tidy and collected. There was no random strand of lettuce in the tomatoes. No dollops of sauce on the counter. It was a perfect image of what a Subway counter should look like.
The sub was delicious (as were the cookies I got with my combo, they have the best cookies) and it was a great experience.
I would highly recommend this location and will most likely be back again.
