I had to move out of an apartment in Orlando very quickly and did not have time to clean. Responded to me within minutes after I sent an inquiry which I did after business hours and accommodated my request for a move-​out cleaning on pretty short notice (2 days). Two people came and thoroughly cleaned the place. Got my full security deposit back. Thanks, would hire again.

After moving into a new apartment that definitely was not cleaned up to standards, we called Eric on a Saturday hoping for a last minute cleaning of the apartment. He showed up on time, and went straight to work. He took his time cleaning every nook and cranny, and did such an amazing job that I can’t even put it into words. The difference he made in the rooms was like night and day. I’ll be recommending him to all of my friends and will definitely use him again in the future.

Eric and his team are reasonably priced and very conscientious. The quality of their work is far superior and very detailed. I could pay a lot more for less. It is nice to be able to deal with one company that does a little bit of everything very well. Highly recommend!

I have tried many lawn services this has been by far the best! Eric showed up on time, was pleasant and professional. His work spoke for its self. He surpassed every expectation. I just needed a clean up job due to my mower being out for service. He went way beyond that and at such a good price that I may just choose not to mow anymore, he made it look nicer than I ever had anyways! Amazing, worth every penny plus some!
