Over three stars for an airport Starbucks? Rejoice to your lucky stars that you happen to be passing through terminal 2 in the MCO! The setup here is clean and efficient, right across from the monorail which makes for the perfect stop pre– or post-travel. Staff behind the counter was laid back but attentive to quality, and I had my drink made to perfection within minutes of ordering. The Florida and Orlando mugs caught my eye, but I was able to resist. With my no-whip mocha in hand, I then proceeded to take a power walk through the terminal during my long layover. Thank you Starbucks for being a bright spot of the Orlando travel experience!

I’m guessing this is the Starbucks at Terminal B 70s-90s gates. It’s hard to know because there’s 3 Starbucks listings for MCO. Anyway this Starbucks is sort of slow and it hurts only having a single line for a single cash. The sandwich was over 8 bucks! Lattes and such were over 4 bucks and regular coffee was 2 bucks. No seating? There’s seating by Nathan’s just next door across the aisle. They had«You Are Here» collection mugs and even had what looked like tiny mugs or perhaps espresso versions of those. It was hard to tell as they were high up far behind the counter. Slow line and high prices = 2* for this one.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Incredibly slow line, the entire counterspace was dirty, and the staff was unfriendly. Several people went back to get their orders changed and when I asked if what I was given was the espresso macchiato I ordered they said«it’s what they had». Pair this with the fact that it’s one of the most expensive Starbucks I’ve been in and you can be sure I won’t be coming back here again.

I was able to go to the go this Starbucks for my afternoon coffee and I also picked up a Florida«You are Here» collection mug. What I enjoyed about this visit: 1. My Pike Place(black), excellent. 2. The barista was friendly. 3. The line moved fast. Would have been nice if this location was a bit larger, but the is very hard to do with an Airport location.

I just wanted to say that the guy who works here on a Wednesday morning at 8am(3÷23÷16) is the nicest, most upbeat employee I have seen at a Starbucks anywhere! He was so nice talking to customers and smiling at everyone. Really impressed me. His name tag said Jon. He has curly black hair and a great smile!

It’s not nice to advertise a price on the menu board and then charge a customer more. Shame on Starclucks for their poor attitude when I had the gall to request a refund for the overcharge. Located in the Orlando terminal by gate 120.

As always this Starbucks is the best! The morning staff is my favorite still. I’m sad that we’ve recently lost several wonderful baristas. I really miss them. I believe that the morning baristas are friendlier and willing to go the extra distance to make you happy. If you don’t like your drink, in a very nice voice let them know and they’ll remake it to your satisfaction. From what I’ve seen, the customers who get the cold shoulder is the customers who give the baristas attitude! Be kind to them. They work for jerks like you all day. They really are nice sweet people. Treat them with respect and you’ll get it right back and more than you expected! Your Starbucks Barista! ~Nancy

I purposely chose a drink that just needed to be poured over ice(Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher). I get you are a busy shop in an airport, however that does not excuse your pushing twelve coffee orders in front of mine. As my daughter has worked for Starbucks while in college, I am understanding about the wait, however you are to take each order as they come, and not force customers to wait.

Crazy seeing all these negative reviews! The woman that helped me was super friendly! I used my birthday reward, she knew what she was doing and wished me a happy birthday as well. I got my drink pretty quickly as well!

There was no rush to make my coffee. Much more interested in discussing feelings. It took seven minutes which in the coffee world is too long and there were three baristas behind the counter.

Normally don’t post here but since this was one of the most painful airport experiences I have witnessed I thought somebody else should feel my pain! Hands down the worst Starbucks in the nation. 20 minute line(7 – 10 people) to order and 20 minutes to get a fancy coffee…1 person making drinks, a manager walking around with a big frown, idiot at register asked my name 3 times, 7 employees doing absolutely nothing. I think they had out heroin before the shift… a sad representation of the American workforce! Shame on you Starbucks, close this location down immediately as you are wasting space.

I think this Starbucks has set the world record for the quietest Starbucks in the entire world. These people are in no rush to serve, there were at least 10 people in the line, it took forever to get through the line and then there was another wait for our order. With 4 workers there’s no reason for that wait time. Y’all know how when you walk into a Starbucks or if your even around them they have a strong coffee smell and all you hear is them heating up the milk for cappuccinos? I heard non of that, I saw a decent amount of cappuccinos get made and I highly doubt those drinks were very warm with how long they heated the milk. Coming here was not pleasant, hopefully the next shift will be better for others.

A really busy starbucks. Service was fast and on point. I’ve been to plenty to realize that not all have rapid pace.

The standard fare of any Starbucks but definitely friendly staff that great you with a smile. Staff also willing to hand out cups of water for a quick refresher. Good pit stop between connections.

This is a standard airport Starbucks. They offer the array of coffee and other beverages all Starbucks stores offer. In addition they offer Starbucks pastries, warm sandwiches, oatmeal, cold sandwiches, fruits, parfaits, and snacks. There is not much that is special here but you are likely to find Starbucks favorites. Baristas were competent and efficient.

Hungry and thirsty after landing before 6am. Already long line. New trainee starting her first day. Register charged me extra. Even manager was confused when I brought it to her attention. Discount applied. Satisfied with outcome. Will continue to frequent this and other Starbucks.

Expect a slow service. They don’t have a very extensive food menu(nothing vegetarian) which was a bit of a disappointment since I know Starbucks does offer other items. Although the line is long, the wait time for your drinks is basically fast

Starbucks at the airport. By default if I am passing through this airport I end up here getting a much needed caffeine fix. Starbucks makes me happy with the addition of coconut milk, hopefully that one stays around. This location is sort of in the middle of this terminal that I always seem to fly out of. Staff has always been OK and it has been more or less clean enough to not make me think twice about getting a mocha here.

I have to admit, I was impressed. I know a Starbucks is just a Starbucks, and you should hopefully get what you would expect at any of them, but one located in a busy airport has to work harder to keep up with the customers, I would think. They passed the test with flying colors. I have seen lines that go beyond the ropes dwindle in 5 minutes or so. The staff is fast, but not careless; efficient without being rude. They are still moderately friendly even given how clearly stressed out they must be. Look, I’m not asking for one of the busiest coffee joints in the country to shine my shoes with your smile, but keep up with the demand with a modicum of pleasantness, and you’ve won me over. These guys… they have won me over. Bravo!

This Starbucks location is inside of Orlando International Airport. It’s located in the section of the Concourse on the left hand side as you are facing the Hyatt Regency in the Airport. I stopped in here two days — both times for a tall double shot iced latte with whole milk. Both times the drinks were strong, cold, and tasty! And provided the much needed caffeine boost my brain was craving! The ladies working the counter were friendly, fast, and efficient! There is a small area to the right with seating.
