Pretty horrible experience dealing with the staff. Half of the electrical sockets would randomly go off(including the only one you could put the internet modem in) 70% of the time for about 5 months. No internet, barely any light, and no AC was pretty rough but it took the staff forever to address it. They eventually said they would offer $ 100 for the inconvenience but a year later they still haven’t paid. Also, in the move out process a staff member or maintenance person stole a couch and a vacuum that I still had in the apartment before my move out date. They took the full deposit because they claimed I didn’t notify them that I was moving out 30 days prior to lease expiration, but I had. Staff is horrible, apartment is pretty crappy but it’s relatively cheap for location.

What do you do when you just graduated college, but they’ve kicked you out of the dorms? Go to the St. Regis of course. The«Reeg» is one of the oldest apartment buildings that I’ve been to in Orlando. It smells like old people with the wooden floor lobby and the grand staircase leading to the three floor complex. I don’t know why I just used the term complex, because it doesn’t have any of the amenities of your typical Orlando. There is no swimming pool, or tennis courts, nor workout room, just urban legends about the people who have died there. One thing the Regis has is character, everyone seems to know everyone there, and it’s not uncommon to find most of the apartments empty on a Saturday night, because they are all crammed into one. That being said, if you are new to the area and are looking for some friends and some cheap rent downtown, throw in an app to the St. Regis
