The most dishonest and disreputable people you could deal with. Gave a payment in full to reserve house and received rental agreement. Two months later my deposit is returned and my reservation is cancelled. When the agent called she said it is because the home owner’s association kept calling the police on the rental tenants.
I found out that the owner of the house is the agent of record for the home owners association. After 2 months it is too late for me to make other similar arrangements and I passed up other opportunities when I paid for this property. The cost of cancelled travel arrangements for my group and the cost of trying to rebook at a different time or different location in far greater than even the amount I had paid these hucksters.
