Seito Sushi

This is the best sushi spot I have ever been to! We ordered the Yellowtail Carpaccio (recommended by the waitress) and it was AMAZING! The fish was so fresh tasting, a memorable dish! Sushi rolls we ordered were the Corona (delicious and very different, with pico de gallo on top!) and the Sweetheart. Very good rolls, flavors that explode in your mouth. Our waitress, Natalia, was superb! I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Went to the Sand Lake location, and Nicole, our server was excellent! She was quick with our drinks and made me feel special for my birthday! Food and ambiance are fantastic– it’s one of my favorite spots in Orlando!

This place is so amazing!!! Nicole is such an amazing server and the have great Happy Hour with good drinks!!! Such good rolls I can not rave enough for them.!! The manager Pedro is so friendly and social. Best place in town.!!

Very delicious. Ordered the Tuna poke, as well as tuna, yellowtail, and salmon nigiri, all very good. Food came out pretty slow for a Wednesday night, but food made up for it.

points of inflection;
1. Prices for sushi are «per piece» instead of getting 2 piece (as is standard for 99% of all sushi bars)
2. Smallest pieces of sushi fish I’ve ever seen
3. Takes forever to get an order from the sushi bar
My coworkers liked this place… it has a very nice interior. But for the reasons above, I would not come back.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, luckily we got to the restaurant early so the manager, Pedro, is so kind that he arranged a table for 7 immediately!
And we appreciated to have the waitress– Kathy (not sure if I got any typo or not) for us tonight! She got the best recommendations and passionate service attitude.
The foods are all bombed. Ask Kathy what to order, she’s professional! All the sashimi and nigiri sushi are fresh and taste so good. Had a wonderful time here. We will be here in our next visit, we love it here!

Sushi from heaven. Might need to make reservation. Picasso and Leonardo da Vinci must be the head chef. There also must be a stream behind the restaurant where the cooks snab the fish. Great date night spot, modern atmosphere with dim lighting.
I was feeling something sweet so I got the Sweetheart. Coconut shrimp with a sweet pineapple flavored sauce drizzled like gold across the top. It would be a sin to use soy sauce on this roll.
Also ordered the Tuna Sashimi which was a different taste than I was expecting. I didn’t know tuna could be served so tender. Very good regardless of expectations.
Calamari was best I have ever tasted. Not your average seafood restaurant fried calamari. Again, very fresh seafood. Could have used a bit more spice but the sauce the chef used was great.

Love Taylor she’s an amazing server and the sweetheart roll is a must!!! This resturant is incredible!

The food is amazing, the drinks are delicious and the restaurant looks beautiful, so what can ruin all of that… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Fortunately the backup assistant manager/​server was on duty and took over at the end and apologized for the experience and gave us her schedule so that when we revisit she can provide with the correct attention that matches the standard of this establishment.
I was originally going to give the location a 1 start but settled with 3 for now because of the effort the assistant manager gave us, I will revisit this rating once we return and give it another try.

Food was delicious and service was good, had to wait for the appetizer on the tuna Crispy rice which was a popular dish that night. Came here for happy hour, a little surprised by the prices but overall worth it for the sushi and drinks.

Foodgasmic experience. You MUST order the torchamaki. It is a cajun-​inspired roll with spicy crawfish marinated in old bay and creamy mayo and topped with torched whitefish. After our first bites, my friend and I literally looked at each other and said, «wow.» The flavors were so well balanced — salty, umami, creamy, spicy, and smoky. They just enveloped my taste buds. Think tiny fireworks erupting all over your tongue. I even dreamed about the roll. Hands down, my friend and I concur that this was one of the best rolls we have ever tasted in our sushi-​roll dining experience.
I also had the tonkatsu ramen, which was almost just as delicious. The pork belly was the most tender and delicate rendition I have ever had. It was sliced very thin, and I appreciated that the chef chose to forego the fat. The broth had so much depth, rendered creamy by the whole egg.
We loved Seito Sushi so much that we actually returned the next day. Unfortunately, I think the chef who made our roll the previous day took the day off because we found the roll three pinches too salty. I mulled it over, but our first experience here was just so out of this world that I am sticking with 5 stars. Also, the happy hour specials are wonderful as well ($ 2 off drinks and rolls).
But if you decide to visit, I would come on Sunday (assuming the chef in question is here that day).

Just came in to order some take out sushi… They refused saying that they do take out, just not now.
There was no lines, and tables open…
How stupid is that? They just lost out on alot of money (family of 8) I guess our money is no good there. Off to find somewhere else.

I came here expressly to try the ramen. They offer one variety, tonkotsu, which happens to be my favorite. It was disappointingly bland. Our server described it to us as «smoky» which was true in that it contained delicious smoked pork belly. With those few bites, the dish felt whole and rich, but the broth by itself was not savory and did not impress.
I would say my mistake was in not ordering sushi, but I did have one piece of scallop nigiri ($ 4) which instantly collapsed as I picked it up. Not exactly «sticky» rice. They did put wasabi on it by default which was a bonus for me but I think most Americans don’t prefer it.
Similarly, our steamed gyoza appetizer deconstructed on the slightest touch of the chopsticks. The pork bao appetizer, however, was excellent and generous with the fillings.
If I come back here, I’ll have to try some rolls. Everything I saw at the tables around us looked fresh and delicious, so it’s possible my selections were just off.

Great fresh fish. Beautiful interior. Amazing place to have glass of wine and relax after work.
I was served by Natalia at the bar and she was very lovely and knowledgeable, she gave great recommendations of rolls and sashimi.

Omg this place was so good! The best sushi I’ve ever had period!
We tried four different sushi rolls don’t remember the names beside the t.n.t roll but they were all amazing ! The wait was kind of long but totally worth it.
The ambiance is very nice. It is dark with little bit of lighting so it kind of has a romantic vibe if you’re looking to go out on a date.
Even if you go with family or friends it’s totally fine! But this place is a must try! If I lived in Florida I’d be here at least once a week but unfortunately I’m visiting from California. Glad I stumbled upon this place.

I am pretty sure this is the best sushi I have ever had. I really have to hand it to Unilocal because we would not have even known it was here and WOW I would have never known what I missed. This will now be one of my go-​to spots in Orlando and I know I will recommend it to any friend I have visiting the area.
The restaurant offers all of the standard rolls/​sashimi dinners but you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t try at least a couple of the specialty rolls. We tried four and loved all of them. Based on other Unilocal reviews we ordered the Gentleman and the Spicy Tuna roll. The waitress recommended the Carona (which ended up being my boyfriends favorite) and we also tried the roll which came torched since that was different. They were all really, really good!
Since we ordered four rolls they were all brought over on one large dish and the presentation was GORGEOUS! Each roll came with a sauce and each was very distinct in flavor and style.
Also, I ordered a specialty cocktail, which is rare for me since they are never as good as they seem but the Strawberry Bliss was really good.
If you are a sushi fan this place is a must to check out! You will not regret it!

My husband and I came here for dinner after reviewing many Unilocal reviews. They were pretty busy for a Sunday night. It was really cold inside, too. We’re from Chicago and I was freezing inside the restaurant. I like the décor inside the restaurant. Our server was really nice and helpful. I think her name was Taylor? Super friendly!
We started with the house salad with ginger dressing (typical Japanese salad). My husband ordered a miso soup but he said it was lukewarm, not hot… interesting. We ordered several rolls — all of them were good. My husband and I also shared their tonkatsu ramen which was decent. We were pretty full by the end of the night. we end up taking home some leftover sushi that we ate the next morning. Really liike this place. Next time we’re in town we’ll be sure to be back!

Das Seito liegt etwas abseits der ausgetretenen Touristenpfade. Man trifft also nicht so viele Touristen hier. Für die Atmosphäre ist das eindeutig vorteilhaft.
Die Preise sind für Sushi typisch etwas höher. Das Sushi hier ist es aber wirklich wert! Meine Empfehlung ist die Chirashi Bowl.
Eines der besten Restaurants hier in der Gegend. Wir waren nicht nur einmal hier :-)

Seito Sushi is amazing. I really enjoyed how our waitress made great recommendation including their beers. It was just fantastic.
Love their hip and modern ambience here. Very well laid out! Their selections of sushi and sashimi were awesome. Their rolls are great and I recommend their «Gentleman Rolls.» It was quite tasty.
I’d like to also thank the owner for coming out and welcoming me and my coworker to Orlando. I’d definitely come back here again.

Visiting Orlando or just a local? Craving some good sushi? Seito Sushi is the answer!
Seito Sushi, is a modern style restaurant that has great décor and a real classy feel and look to the place. Who ever their interior designer was, I need to them to make over my place. They have ample seating at for a lot of people. You can either sit at a table, booth, or either of the sushi or drink bars.
The menu includes and plethora of options that include fresh sashimi, signature sushi rolls, hot/​cool entrees, and desserts. Oh yeah and they got a full on «stacks on deck Patron on ice» type of alcohol menu. I included a link to all the menus below. The quality of sushi/​sashimi is top notch and very high quality in terms of taste and presentation (added some pics). If you like spicy check out my recommendations below.
The staff is very professional and friendly. As a first time visitor they gave great recommendations. They also gave me a nice seat right next to the high window that gave us a nice view of the bars and also and very futuristic chandelier that dangled above us.
This is definitely the go to spot for all sushi lovers. Seito Sushi is so many things: hip, cool, modern, elegant, trendy, romantic, artistic, intimate. All of the above!
