The food was good; the service excellent. However, we were seated at a tall table out front next to the«to go» counter. No fewer than three individuals found it necessary to plop down their take out meal onto our table; unwrap it, season it, use the condiments; rudely and without asking! VERYUNACCEPTABLE. When this wasn’t happening; customers waiting for a seat would stand next to our table and rudely stare across our table; unacceptable! If this were the snack counter at Walmart, then it would be expected. Management needs to remedy this situation to repair their image!

$ 13.99 for a terrible bloody mary. Way too expensive and low quality ingredients. Poor service and difficult to understand our waitress. Rough language barrier. Food was decent, salad bar was very well kept.

I was at the airport very early for an evening flight, so I had several hours to pass. I stopped in here to eat some lunch. The counter was full, but I found a small table in the bar section. Service was incredibly lacking. The waitress was hardly there and when she was, she looked like she’d rather be somewhere else. I ordered the Triple Prime Bacon Cheddar Burger with fries. It was a pretty good burger and I would’ve stuck around for a couple of drinks, but that meant I would have to flag her down… wherever she was. *Triple Prime Bacon Cheddar Burger* I didn’t mind that it was a bit overcooked. It still tasted pretty delicious and sinfully good for a burger. Perfect for a cheat meal before I go back to eating healthier food. :) Overall, I wouldn’t mind eating here again. I just hope I get a waiter or waitress that isn’t going to play hide and seek with me.

We had some time to kill before our flight to ORD, so we decided to dine at Ruby Tuesday’s. Unfortunately, we experienced one error after another. To wit: burger not cooked to order, burger had wrong cheese on it, fries not crispy as requested, salad came with wrong dressing(and there was a long wait until the correct one was brought out), plastic silverware was presented after the meals came. While the staff were nice enough and the food was fairly good — for an airport — the comedy of errors we experienced will have me looking for a new restaurant the next time I pass through MCO.

As a frequent traveler, I know that airport restaurants are not exactly the best places to eat. So when I say that this place is one of the worst places I have ever eaten, I want my meaning to be fully understood. The prices are high, the portions are small(e.g. 3 chicken tenders in an appetizer for $ 10), the service is slooooow, the food is absolutely ridiculously bad(e.g. chicken tenders were cold, wife’s turkey burger was a huge clump of hair in it, my son’s meal came without sides.) This place is why we have health inspectors and why review services like Unilocal are so important.

Its an airport Ruby Tuesday… you get what you get. The service was gruff, the food came out cold, and looked like the person who put it all together was wearing mittens or something… it was just a wierd experince I guess.

A quick drink at this place in airport at bar area is better than wait in the line to get a table. I can see the line for the table is long while the bar is quite open. It is popular place in the Orlando terminal B. It is easy to find a place at bar area and get a drink. We have a group of seven and we have no problem or so ever to get the seat at the bar. The selection is ok but have enough selection to go on. They do have the TV you can watch the game while waiting for your flight. The monitor of the flight status is not too far from the location if you want to check your flights. The bathroom also not too far from this airport pub.

I sat at the bar in this airport Ruby Tuesday for dinner in between flights. The all-male bar staff was very friendly and helpful while working quickly, which is good given that the bar and bar overflow were packed. The beer selection was sparse for quality beers, offering mainly basic domestic beers and a few craft beers– Dogfish Head and Sam Adams(if you consider this craft still). I ordered a steak with broccoli and zucchini. The vegetables were cooked well without being overcooked and had good flavor. The steak was also tasty, but given that airports can only give out plastic cutlery, it was a hassle to cut. Overall, it was a solid experience with decent food and service. Nothing was exceptional or stood out in any way. I would have loved to see a better beer selection.

Me and my friends stopped by here before getting a flight back home. Service was good and the burgers and chicken sandwiches were good. Chicken was juicy and the bun held together well. No got the side of broccoli which was fresh but just a bit in the salty side. My friends burgers were very good. The fries were, well, fast food type fries but both my friends finished their fries. I recommend stopping here for a good meal before the flight.

Ate here because well I was at the aeroport and had few other options. The salad with fried chicken was a 5⁄10 at best and their signature cocktail left me feeling like I had drank a glass of italian ice syrup — worse it was so light i didn’t even have a buzz after chugging it. The server was nice and I guess the generic pilsner I ordered after washed the sugary cocktail thing down. Id recommend a bag of chips from the newsstand before id go here again.

Disclaimer did not eat here. Had a couple beers and my waitress Joann was wonderful. Everything was very quick and easy, even if you have 15 minutes until you board she would accommodate. Can’t speak for the entire establishment but Joann was great.

«No coffee here, our coffee machine broke, you can always walk to Zaza right across to get one» If I wanted to get coffee from Zaza(which is a fast food Cuban café across from Ruby Tuesday), I would have already been there, not here at a sit-down restaurant ordering my food/drinks and have them brought to me. So next time I will just get a Wendy’s burger and Home brewed beer and take them to Ruby Tuesday to have my feast, have a problem? Walk across to the next gate and fly out of here.

Quick & pleasant service generally, however the place stinks of stale beer and dirty wash water. It’s like the floor just absorbs all the bad smells! This is the second time we have had to wait here as there are NO airline lounges(apart from United Club — yuk!) in the MCO terminal. Disappointing considering it’s an international airport! But that’s not Ruby’s fault. Be nice if the place felt and smelt a little fresher!

I never expected to say that Ruby Tuesday was the best meal I had, but I’m specifically referring to this being the best airport meal I’ve had. My server was an angel. She kindly informed me that food was taking a little longer to come out that day, but I wasn’t worried since I had arrived early for my flight anyway. She was attentive and actually overestimated how long the food would take, which is super smart when you’re dealing with crankypants folks in the airport. I had a bleu cheese & bacon burger and fries, which was cooked exactly how I had asked. The food was good and fairly priced. The margarita was made well too. What’s nice about this spot is the view. There is a wide window with a view of the runway, so you can watch planes arriving and departing. That isn’t really exciting, but it’s at least some exposure to sunshine instead of the walls. There was a really long wait for a table though. 10 minutes turned into 15, and I saw some people«steal» tables which was pretty obnoxious. The hostess definitely needed some help keeping up and calculating wait times better.

Pretty darn good! Don’t let the 2.5 star overall rating dissuade you. It certainly didn’t dissuade my fiancé and I, since Ruby Tuesday seemed to be our best option for dinner before our flight back to DC from Orlando. Our flight was delayed and we wanted to find a sit-down where we could relax. We ordered drinks — a margarita for me and beer for the FI. The downside is that they only have margaritas on the rocks, while I prefer the frozen kinds, but it was still tasty. For dinner, I ordered the Smokehouse Burger(cheddar, bacon, tangy bbq sauce, and crisp onion rings). I really enjoy onion rings. My fiancé ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger(Applewood smoked bacon and American cheese) and enjoyed it as well. There’s ample seating inside and is conveniently located next to the tram to the other terminals(our flight was in a different terminal but we specifically sought out Ruby Tuesday). The server was also very good about pushing our order up when our flight got pushed up again(frustrating) to ensure that we got our meal and were able to pay in time to catch our flight. Not the best burger I’ve ever had, but pretty darn good while on crunch time before a flight!

Actually, I’m sitting at the bar now and though I can’t comment on the food as I ordered none, I can however comment on service and overall attitude of those behind the bar. Most airport restaurants know that their guests are giving their patronage prior to an impending flight… I waited 15 minutes before any of the four behind the bar noticed us sitting there. Then, when served, the attitude of the bartender was as if it was an imposition to serve the drinks. Obviously taking one of three away from what was entertaining them was not appreciated. The other was too busy eating something by the middle register to even notice new guests. It’s too bad that American moved to this terminal… we will miss On The Border!

So this is located in the airport. Now to the review part, in front of the restaurant they have a «to go» thing. This is nice if you’re in a hurry, but as a side note the prices are cheaper here then in the restaurant. The only problem is the food taste like it has been sitting out all day long. This is a bad thing. As I like good food. Next time I will go into the restaurant and have a seat and order something fresh made to order. I just wish I knew this before I ate my food.

MCO staple Whenever I am at this airport, it’s usually because of work and I’m usually flying the same airline so I am in the same terminal. I’ve become a creature of habit and I like to find things that are going to be consistent — I want to know what to expect. And that’s why I like this Ruby Tuesday so much. It’s not the greatest place you’ll ever eat at, but the food is decent. It’s prepared as requested and it definitely doesn’t seem like it’s been sitting under a heating lamp all day. The service is also pretty solid — some servers are nicer than others, but I have not had a negative experience. And as I mentioned before, I get the same experience every time and I am perfectly fine with that. When I’m going on a long flight I want to at least know that the meal is going to be satisfying. Airport food can be a tricky business, so when I find a place that’s reliable, I’m going to keep using it.

Yes, it is in an airport and yes, it is a chain. With low expectations, this one met our needs. We needed a quick meal before a flight. Food was acceptable, I did enjoy my cheddar-broccoli soup and the salad bar was small, but well stocked. Forget the fish tacos :(Initially I was surprised about the plastic utensils, but, then again, we have already cleared security. Stick to the generic items, this is not a steak house nor a seafood restaurant. You have to exit the restaurant for comfort stations.
