SOMUCHFUN!!! I finally went to the last Retro Game Night after planning to go for months. I’m so glad I did! It’s awesome to go with a bunch of adults to get competitive with old school games. All our childhood favorites! Pictionary was a BLAST! It’s a great way to meet some new people, too. They have three levels set up in the History Center even with a listing of which games are on which floors. AND drinks and snacks?! Perfect! Such a cool alternative to the typical weekend night out. I will definitely be going back for more retro game fun!

SOFUN! Ok, I am a HUGE fan of board games, I just adore having fun, getting loud and being competitive. It just makes for so much fun. Well, the History Center hosts an event quarterly called Retro Game Night– Yep, that means Scrabble, Operation, Hungry Hungry Hippo, Shoots and Ladders, UNO etc etc etc There are 3 levels of tables set up with a different game on each. This is a great place to bring a date and mix and mingle easily with new people because games are involved. There are also some old school video games, hello Ms. Pacman! They also have free snacks, $ 2 beer, $ 3 wine and $ 1 – 2 pizza. Also, it’s only $ 5 to get in if you are not a member. Not bad ATALL! Last night was my first time and I am going back each and everytime for sure. I had a blast with my friends playing Operation and Pictionary. SOFUN! If you have not experienced this event yet, I highly suggest stopping in and getting your game on!
