They lied about the wait times. Then sat people at booths that were vacant the whole time. All of our food came out cold. Our total time was 1hr 40min when quoted 15 min wait. Plus they can’t even bus their own tables quickly so we sat next to a dirty ass table for SLOW service. I asked the manager if they were understaffed, she said no. WTF!

Horrible service. Went with three friends and our server didn’t greet us or even come to the table at all for literally about 15 – 20 minutes. She even went to a table seated 7 – 10 minutes after us, first. We waited a few more minutes for her to finally say hi and greet us without an apology or anything as if we had just got there. Ha! Then we walked out and took our business to UNO right across the street.

The service was great. The burgers was delicious. My kids enjoyed the unlimited fries that came with their meal. My wife enjoyed the strawberry milkshake.

Experience was so bad at the beginning did not even get to the food. When entered the store was not greeted by the hostess, she was more interested in her phone then geeting guest. Aftet she finally noticed us standing there waiting for a couple minutes. She seated us in s booth. After trying to figure out the on table ordering device, we hit the call server button. Then sat there for 15 minutes with no sever to show up. Got up and left. As we walked out hostess and what I think was a server where talking in a both and payed us no attention as we walked out. I pry will be my first and last time i go to a red robbin.

Walked in on a non-busy last Wednesday afternoon at around 4pm or so. Hostess barely said a word to us and brought us to the table and then tapped on it like we were a puppy. Sat down and looked at the menu, tried to figure out the kiosk ordering system which wouldnt light up the order hutton for anything we looked at, and then hit the button that said«Call Server». Light came on and we waited… a few server came back and forth to other tables around us and ignored us. Waited for *10* minutes with not even a welcome or a hello so we left and went to Chuy’s in the same complex… which was excellent as ever(ive never been to that particular Chuyvs until that day, we usually go to the one on 192 in Kissimee). Hostess didnt even look up as we walked past her and out the door.

We were in the area and dropped by. We were sat at a table and waited several minutes before we used the little tablet thing at the desk to «Call Server». The red light blinked for about 5 to 10 more minutes and while it was flashing, another table was sat and served immediately; so we got up and left unserved. I remember going to a couple Red Robins in southern California where everything was awesome but this location needs some serious training.

I visited yesterday on 18 March 2015. The quality of the food was lackluster to say the least… Waitstaff was marginal… The moment of disgust was when I went into the mens bathroom and the urinal was overflowing with water into the floor… Patrons were forced to stand in water the surrounded the toilet to do there business… I brought this to the attention of what I presumed to be management and my concerns were dismissed as unimportant and that«It’s been doing that all day»…How hard is it to shut off the water… Mop the floor & call a plumber… I’ll be and calling the health department and Red Robins home office to place a formal complaint… I’ll be posting on all social media as well to get the word out that this is NOT to dine. Ok…I received a $ 20.00 voucher and a apology to give them a another try… I returned on the 16th of April 2016… This time the men’s urinal had been repaired and the floor was devoid of overflowing water… The weather was picturesque and I opted to dine outside… The table needed to be wiped down… When I requested to so it was done with attitude…” I’m thinking I’m misreading the waitstaff” and blew it off… My burger arrived and looked better than the previous visit… When I unwrapped my silverware… The knife was soiled and I requested a replacement… I caught the rolling of the eyes… I said nothing for I felt incident would also fall upon deaf ears… I tipped nothing as a result… I realize the hospitality and food service industry can be hectic… But poor customer service will kill a restaurant faster than a over /undercooked burger… Strike 2… Don’t know if I’ll try again… Maybe next time I’ll head in the opposite direction and go to Fuddruckers when I want a great tasting burger.

I have to say the service was amazing, the food was pretty good, the fries are out of this world, the ingredients and the peach ice tea(under 10 calories) and the prices are very reasonable so u will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Honestly will never come here again. The waitress was as none existent as the bottomless fries. The food was fare to be generous. I ordered the nachos crunch Tavern burger and was unimpressed by what seemed like an old bun, the tiniest amount of sauce and two patties that I could have gotten at McDonald’s. I asked for extra sauce and about 15 minutes later received a container of cold sauce for my now cold burger. They also only have either«pink or no pink» as cook temperatures for the burgers. I was leaving room for dessert, but after being underwhelmed by the meal opted out. Overall score would have been higher if the service was better.

Stopped In today hoping for a great lunch and burger. Our server(Jonathan W) was 5++ stars. Very friendly, professional, took time to explain some of the various options, add ons and details. Our burgers were good +. The buns were super fresh and toasted, quality beef, so overall decent. A lil pricey for what u get but it’s I Drive!!! Quality food ingredients do cost more.

My friends and I were in a nearby hotel, and decided to grab a bite to eat before heading to Universal. Red Robin was really close, so I figured why not. I think the last time I ate here I was in High School, so it’s been awhile… As far as burger joints go, they serve decent fair at a higher price than the average burger place.(I’m talking the sit down kind, and comparing prices to my own city.) Buuuut, they have infinite streak fries. And the fries are good, and come with their own«special seasoning,» which is also good. I decided on the Smoke and Pepper, which comes with black pepper bacon, cheddar cheese, and smoke and pepper ketchup on a ciabatta bun. I requested pink in the center, but, y’know… These places pretend they can do it, by asking you, but they never really succeed, do they? It irks me when I’m asked how I want my burger, and they can’t even do it. If you can’t cook a burger for less time, with pink in the center, DON’T ASKME. It’s as simple as that… The burger had decent flavors and real bacon, but wasn’t worth the $ 13. More like a $ 9 burger in taste, texture, and juciness(with fries). But I eat a lot of really good burgers at mom and pop places, so I may be a bit picky. We were seated immediately, but it did take a while for the food to be brought out, for whatever reason. The waiter was polite, and though my water ran dry a couple times, it wasn’t dry for an inordinately long amount of time. All in all, a relative 3.5 experience. We went to Universal right after this, and this hulking burger was able to keep me satisfied for about 7 hours, in the sun, walking around. So I would probably be scared to see how many calories this thing has.

I’ve been a fan of Red Robin for a number of years prior to moving to Jacksonville, and this most recent visit is why. Greeted at the front door by a friendly hostess. Seated in a clean dining room and helped by a really nice guy who was new but being trained by a great waitress, both were were friendly and really attentive. The Banzai Burger rules, simple as that. Flavorful cheddar cheese, teriyaki glaze that isn’t too sweet and sweet, juicy pineapple is a perfect compliment to the burger. I wish there was a Red Robin back home in Jacksonville, but since it’s not, it is a place that me and my wife love coming into here in Orlando.

This is a nice new location and their decorations are great … But not much else. They’ve been open for a while now and they can’t seem to get their servers right. About a third of the tables were full, another third seemed to waiting to be cleared and there was a line literally out the door. When we arrived, there was a lady before us requesting a table for a party of nine that the hostess seemed to have issues seating so she left to go check on something. However, she didn’t return for a while. About ten minutes later, a server comes by and asks the line of people how many in the party and we assumed we would be getting seated when she stated that she was not trained for it so then she just walked away. Uhhhhhhhhh… Ok??? Then why ask for our party number? Maybe relay it to another employee? The line at this point is getting antsy when the hostess finally comes back and works to seat the party BEHIND us. Thank goodness my MIL spoke up because otherwise, we would have been skipped. Did I mention that we were in front of a line that was out the door? We had been standing for over 20 minutes with no hostess and a clueless server. Red Robin, if you do read these, please cross train your employees. Or put more than one hostess up during peak times. And make sure they have some type of system to deal with lines. It took us half an hour to be seated in a fairly empty restaurant with lots of people running about. Husband ordered a chocolate malt milkshake, but had to have it sent back because it had malt, but not enough chocolate. When asked, we found out they don’t have chocolate ice cream, they use vanilla and add powder and syrup :(. She was nice enough to make a more chocolatey milkshake that seemed to work better so kudos for that. Our server was nice, but oh so forgetful and so slow :(. My husband and I would ask for water and she would forget … Then we would ask her again when she would pass by. And then again. Pencil and paper should be used if it’s a bit too crazy to remember! She did seem like she was bustling so maybe she had too many tables? Onion rings were great and the presentation was cute(it was a big tower). Crispy and with real onion inside(not the minced kind). However, my burger was a mess :(. I ordered the gourmet cheeseburger on lettuce. I don’t know if you can tell in the picture, but the meat was charred on one side that I had to pick the burnt cheese off and then eat. Meat wasn’t flavored much nor juicy. The burger seemed to be drowning in mayo sauce to try to make up for the crumbly dry meat. And oh, the endless fries … It was diet cheat day for me and after a week of kale protein smoothies, I didn’t even finish my first batch. Our waitress was around to ask if we wanted seconds. They definitely don’t batch fry their fries because they were cold and non crispy. It was 1.5 stars that I rounded up because our server really tried and did deal with our complaints. I may drag my family next time to Burgerfi or Shake shack next time, especially for that price

I’m a fan of Red Robin, but I’m not a fan of this location. We were hungry and wanted a bite to eat on a Friday night. As we stopped at a few restaurants prior before here, they were busy. It was no surprise for the 7 o’ clock hour. We stopped in and they seated us right away. Great, but then the wait got longer. Our waitress didn’t come to our table for 15 minutes after being seated. We put in our drink, appetizer, and dinner order. I asked that they bring out my son’s meal before ours since he was more hungry than us. They had a device on the table that had the menu and games to play. Our drinks were brought out and the waitress asked if everything was ok. We proceeded to say that it was. Twenty minutes later and still no food. We had to stop a manager and he finally brought the appetizer to us five minutes later. Again, where’s our dinner? When the waitress came back to our table, she asked us if we were ok and needed anything. We told her that we didn’t have our main course yet. She proceeded to refill our drinks and I was given a lemonade for the second one. I had a delicious freckled lemonade, but she said they were in the process of making it and she would bring me the fruit on the side when it was ready. Um ok. Just bring me the drink when it’s ready and not half of it. We complained to the manager again and he brought our dinner out within 5 minutes. The food was so good on a good note. However, the place wasn’t extremely busy at the time and the service was slow. Our waitress was a little too friendly and lacked some experience. She was nice, but not great at her job. We didn’t even get an apology for waiting for almost an hour from any of the staff members. I was not impressed with it since I’ve had better and quicker service at other Red Robins.

I dined here a few days ago with some friends. This was my first time eating here ever. I was not disappointed by any means. I thought this place was a fast food place like Wendy’s or In-N-Out burger. Nope, it is like Chili’s, Friday’s, Applebees, and etc. We were seated in a matter of seconds. The menu is very wide with delicious offerings from burgers to pasta dishes to fish and chips. I ordered the Nacho burger because it sounded amazing! Nacho cheese with tortilla chips on 2 small burger patties. It was delicious for sure. You also get unlimited fries with the burger as well. I ordered the garlic fries because I love garlic. For a drink, I ordered a cold Blue Moon. The waitress asked me if I have ever tried a Blue Moon milkshake. I said no, but told her it sounded good. It has the base of an orange creamsicle ice cream with Blue Moon poured in. I had this for desert. I highly recommend this drink for desert because it was like the best drink ever!!! Overall, I really loved this place. Prices are very reasonable, friendly staff members, nice environment, you can order from the table using the device on the table, and the food was delicious. This business is definitely a place to check out.

We had the best burgers here during our trip to Orlando. They were cooked to perfection and filled with delicious fillings, with lots to choose from. The steak fries served with them were unlimited so you could ask for more as many times as you wanted! The drinks were also refillable, and the purple lemonades we had were lovely. Staff were lovely and when they heard we were on honeymoon they all came over to say congratulations and gave us a free ice cream sundae, which was just so nice of them and made our day really special. A fantastic place for burgers, I would go again if we find ourselves holidaying in Florida again.

I tried Red Robin for the first time many years ago in Denver, CO as a meat eater and would describe the experience as «forgettable» and not particularly special. Between that and my general dislike for I-Drive restaurants, my expectations were not high. I’ll start with the Pros: bottomless fries(all of them, including the sweet potato fries), a full liquor bar, and a vegan burger option(instead of just vegetarian) that is actually of decent size considering it is a Boca brand patty. Cons: the fries, while bottomless, are not all that great, the burger was nearly flavorless(to be fair, I blame this mostly on the Boca patty, but would note that this is a great reason to offer a veggie patty made in-house), and the service was pretty bad. We had a pretty long wait before we even saw our sever, who did apologize. Later my co-worker received her salad and then waited and waited, and tried to flag down our server to no avail, and waited some more, before she was given silverware to actually eat it. The soda she ordered was also flat. We both had the«Fiery Ghost Style Tavern Burger» — mine a vegan version and hers not. Neither of us particularly enjoyed them. I can get a much better burger, particularly a vegan one, at plenty of other burger places in town, many of them not chains. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had on this side of town, but I won’t be back.

I’ve been to the Red Robin in Seattle on the pier and it was great. This location is super convenient to iDrive 360 and all the fun stuff that’s being built around there. So it’s just a short walk down the block to Yard House if you want to get more of your drink on with friends or jump on the Orlando Eye, visit the Skeleton gift shop, so on. The Red Robin décor is always fun and it’s no different here, big giant burger seats in the waiting area and funky decorations, some with their famous«YUMMM» slogan. During both our visits everyone has always been very friendly. Now there is a reason I only have two pictures for this review… we always eat the food wait too fast. By the time I remember I need to take a picture, I realize a picture of a plate isn’t that great. That’s a good problem to have though! The endless french fries and drinks are what I really love. The french fries, onions, and sweet potatoes fries are SUPER good. On our last visit the waitress even but us a second basket of fries without even asking, I think her name was Ali. She was really on top of her game and really nice. We always go for the Raspberry Limeade, which is a good combo of tart and refreshing. Their are a ton of great burgers and I’m always wrecked with indecision. So I’ll usually end up ordering a plan bacon burger and get a side of garlic aioli sauce to put on it. Their garlic aioli is amazing! Their Nan Nana-nana-moo-moo is really good too; just don’t look up the calories and you’ll be okay. I suggest sharing that with like 4 other people though. *Note to Unilocal Engineers* I did a review for this one before too but it disappeared. My pictures are still here though :(

«They’re opening a Red Robin on I-Drive.» Best food news ever. I love me some Red Robin, but until this location opened, it was always a journey to get to one. Thankfully the journeys can end and the feasting can commence. This location is not only close to my office, but it’s also very nice. The décor is great, very americana. Being new, everything is well maintained and clean. There is also plenty of seating, never more than a few minutes wait. The food is the same food you come to expect and love from a Red Robin. Amazing. The Royal Red is my burger of choice, always delicious. The fries are tasty and unlimited, and their shakes(especially the Mint Brownie) are incredible. However, what really stands out are the servers. They are all fantastic. I have yet to have poor service at this location. They always make it feel like I’m visiting with a friend, that just happens to be bringing me delicious burgers. Phenomenal. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it highly. Red Robin, yum indeed.
