Horrible customer service from the staff! Dude couldn’t even count change! 711, I knew I should’ve stuck with you. Damn.

Really bad morning customer service from Ty, Tancia. No customer adequate at all. A customer came back into the store to tell Tancia that her gas was not turn on her pump she asked. Instead of Tancia apologizing to the lady and just turning on her pump the Racetrac employee told the paying customer it was her fault that she gave her the wrong pump number. Then a argument between the customer and employee Tancia took place to were both were going to fight. That’s when Ty and Alex came in and tried to defuse the situation but the Racetrac employee kelp provoking the woman with words of insult. I then told the employee to please remain silent so that the up set women could leave.
This is when Ty, told me «Some Black Folks Need To Mind Their Own Business»! I explained to Ty, that I am a paying customer trying to get gas and witnessing unprofessionalism with one of your employee. So this makes it my business to report this accident to your Company. Ty then proceeded to tell me go right ahead «THEY DON’T CARE!» «Here I you give you the number myself.»
As for me being a paying customer, if Racetrac doesn’t care about customer service adequate with customers then I’m going to drive a little bit further to the next gas station where they do care about their paying customers.

I am a fan of cheap gas period, so I pulled into the gas station and got a fill up. It is well lit up. However, this is not the best area to be in. Having said that, just pump your gas as go!

Once again a gas station with a convenience store. It is located in a good area with some other stores and businesses around it, so there is plenty of traffic. The inside is nice and clean, which is never a bad thing. The staff is friendly and seem like a good bunch to work with. Also the prices seem to be comparable to other gas stations, so its really based on what your preference is. Good gas station and a place where I would come to get mine.
