This was my first time at Public Storage and it was such a great experience. Rosa and Tiphanie were amazing! They were very helpful, funny, and they made getting a storage unit fun! Definitely recommend coming to Public Storage for anyone looking for a fast and easy way to rent an affordable storage unit!

I would highly suggest looking at other options before getting involved with this particular location. The staff, especial an employee named (Javier) was very rude. Also, make sure you ask about the keys to your unit. They neglect to mention that they need to call a district manager to get approval for you to get into your unit, even if you have your contract & identification. Very rude & unprofessional. We’re sorry we signed a contract here.

Jose was very friendly and very informative and very helpful with my issue with the online pricing versus the real pricing.
My issue is with the main office who deals with the web based pricing it says it’s guarantee pricing that is only for the locker rent not the other fees like the fee for the lock which u get to keep hey who don’t need more locks and the insurance and the each store has there own extra pricing. So just beware of that when u order it online.
