I’ve tried so many nail salons in Orlando and I can’t seem to find my fit. I was giving this one a try for the first time and hoped I found the one I’ve been looking for. I was taken care by an older gentleman I believe he’s the owner. I barely understood a lick of what he was saying, very nice guy in the beginning though. Took his time and patience with me. 40 minutes into my pedicure I was convinced I found my match. He did a great massage and was gentle and comforting. I asked him to pay attention to my cuticles seeing as I get a lot and I like them to be pushed back and removed. I don’t think he understood what I was saying to him. Once he got to painting my nails, boy was it a different story. He didn’t know how to paint my toes. How in Gods name do you paint more of my toes versus my nail? I complained to him and he was bother so he removed the entire nail polish and did it again, once again painting my toe along with the nail. He may have thought it wasn’t a big deal but it was. It looks as if I painted my own nails without actually getting a pedicure and cleaning up my toes. I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely not coming back. I wish I could find a place and be happy!

Horrible… Mediocre to say the least. I had to ask the man several times to file the corner of my nails. Horrible paint job 2. They look like a 5 year old did them. I just cant believe, my nails look like they are 3 weeks old. So upset.

Boy… If you are visiting from out of town, or even look like you might not be a local… Run. RUN I TELLYOU. Now let me explain, from the beginning. My friend was visiting from out of state and wanted to get a pedicure. I don’t live near where she was staying so naturally I Unilocaled it and found this charming little place. From the moment we walked in, the whole social aspect of it was pretty uncomfortable– I chalked this up to a language barrier is all. My pedicure was relatively pleasant and just chatted with my friend. It was probably pretty clear that at least one of us was from out of town as we spoke a lot about Disney Parks and other tourist attractions.(This part becomes more important later) As for pricing, $ 22.00 for a pedicure was pretty reasonable if you ask me. Honestly pretty low compared to some of the other places in the area! The weird thing was that they had us add the tip on the card BEFORE they ran it instead of allowing us to write the tip afterwards which was a little funny to me but just a minor detail. I opted to tip in cash, but my friend left $ 6 on the card which is a pretty good tip on a $ 22 bill. Overall, I didn’t find my experience to be particularly extravagant nor absolutely awful. I would give the whole experience a Meh walking out the door. Being blind as a bat, I didn’t realize how sub-par the paint job was until I got home. That brought my score from a Meh to an Ugh.(Meh for me is an «I’ll go back if I find myself in the area and my nail just broke», Ugh being«I’m a little pissed I just spent money on something I could do better at home») The kicker was this… I went to check my bank statement and I was charged for this whole crummy experience twice… Okay, this happens. Let me give them a call. In my seasoned service department tone, «Hi I was in a couple days ago and my card was charge twice, how can we go about fixing this?» She responded(In a relatively angry tone) with how would she know if I’ve ever actually been there, if I’m a regular or only been there once, the owner is not in right now, not letting me get a word in. yeesh, I just want the money back from a crummy pedicure I didn’t receive. Bottom line, she could do nothing over the phone and I have to go in tomorrow(about an hour away) and I will let you know if that ends badly. But you know how I said, this is fine? It happens? How about twice… I called my friend to let her know what happened and sure enough she was double charged too. Now THAT doesn’t just happen… Remember how I said if you seem like you are from out of town you should run? Yep thats why, they will double charge the crap out of you and there is nothing you can do once you leave the state. Bottom line, out of state? Out of 56 Bucks. Pros: The place seemed clean Pedicure chairs were comfy It felt pretty nice Cons: Terrible social skills Crummy paint job The whole double charging thing No way to solve the double charging thing over the phone

Best chairs on this side of town. Definitely recommend getting a pedi. My pedi came out perfect. The nails are perfectly square and painted. Only my heels and sides of feet were not polished correctly. They were left slightly rough. But I will come back to try again!

Mediocre for sure. I had to ask multiple times for the gentleman to remove the polish on my skin and cuticle around my nails. It looked like a 12 year old did them at first. Then my nails still had little jagged edges because they weren’t filed properly. It took me and the girl next to me to convince him to file them again. The place looks a tad bit nicer then a lot of the salons around here and they are reasonably priced. I think they just hurry too much.

Pro Nail Spa is my only nail salon. I have been trading here for 10 years, and will not consider anywhere else! Linda, John, and their staff are awesome! They treat me like a queen! Try one of their deluxe pedicures!!’

I don’t know how the reviews are so good for this place. I was here Sunday and my nails started chipping the very next day! It is now Thursday and I have broken and chipped nails from my gel mani. When I came back, who I believe to be an owner, was RUDE and dismissive. He shooed me out of the chair after he sloppily fixed my nails. If I didn’t pay cash I would be calling my bank for a charge back. Horrible customer service and it is an 85 degree day and they have the door open AC off!

The people are really nice and want you to come back but the skill is lacking. I requested a French gel manicure and they were happy to oblige. He took his time to make sure my previous manicure was removed properly and safely. However, his application of the new gel was so fast and he put a lot on. I’m thinking so that it wouldn’t come off like my previous one but it looks really thick up close. From afar and in pictures it seems fine but when you have to look the work, you can see deficiencies in his application. Not sure if I’ll come back again. He’s super nice and very obliging but the technique is what could improve.

I always walk in and they always have an opening for me. They are meticulous and very nice. They ensure you are happy with their work! I got a French pedicure and gellish French manicure for a wedding I’m in. I’m very happy with both.

Not bad. They move relatively quickly and are reasonably priced. The salon itself is very well decorated and they are a full service waxing salon as well. I like my nails, but I have had better work. They also carry Shellac.
