After working a 12hr shift you would think ordering your food would be simple, quick and cooked! I Ordered at the drive thru, thinking I could just eat at home but once I got home to eat my tostones were frozen! I mean really I know you knew the food was cold when you placed it in the togo container. What makes me most upset is I had to wait for the tostones to be made. For that I would have not ordered it!

Pollo Tropical is currently, one of my options for fast food that is some what healthy since my diet is very strict, I know I can rely on their grill chicken I usually order half chicken white w. a side of plaintains & yuca. (hold the rice & beans)
But this location is really awesome, brand new, clean and service is GReAT!
