Great pizza, fresh ingredients & a friendly atmosphere you only find at family owned businesses. Best pizza I’ve had in the East Orlando area since living here. They blow Napoli & Broadway out of the water.

I order here all the time I love the pizza garlic bread and the wings! I wish they had lemon pepper wings or more flavors but it’s ok… everything is soo good there I’m am never disappointed

Chicken wings were cold
Garlic knots HMM bread balls.
Been there twice first time owner was there and it was good service. I guess when the cats away.
I suggest going elsewhere if dinning in.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE their pizza… BUT I had the WORST experience ever tonight!!! They said the delivery would take 45 minutes and after and hour and a half no one had delivered the pizza. When I called to check on the status of the delivery, the rude girl on the phone said that she would «track my order» and it would be here soon. No apology and a TON of attitude! She said that it was in one of the delivery cars and would be here in 30 minutes (which would now make it 2 hours after I ordered it). When I said I was afraid it would be cold by the time it got here, that’s when she told me that it was STILL at the store and was still in the oven so she flat out lied. When I asked to speak to a manager, I got more attitude and was told to call back at 8am. I will NEVER order delivery from them again!!! For a customer who sings their praises, I am NOT happy!!!

Disgusted with the customer service of the employee who answers the phone. Not only is she rude and condescending, but she lied and said our order was on the way when it hadn’t left the shop yet. Asked to speak to a manager and she snickered and said he wasn’t there. You better believe I’ll be calling back or stopping by when I can speak to her manager about her complete lack of customer service and attitude.

We have been eating here since the day we moved to Florida three years ago! And anytime we have ever had a problem which is only once, the managers have fixed it and made us happy! But tonight we ordered a simple cheese pizza! The lady took my phone number as even asked me twice if it was right and then said our pizza would be there within the hour! Well an hour and a half later I decided to call and see if there was a problem! The lady on the phone said that the delivery guy had been there and left after ten min because we didn’t answer the door! When I asked why I didn’t get a phone call, the lady said that the delivery guy had got his phone stolen yesterday behind the business so he couldn’t call! Like it was my fault he got his phone stolen! Keep in mind we are in an apartment so we would have been able to hear if he knocked for ten min like he said he did for one, and for two I didnt get any call from n e one, n even after he returned to the store! It would have been the descent thing to do for a loyal customer like myself! Then I asked the lady what number she called and she wrote my number down wrong! Which I find funny because she even asked me twice if my number was right, so idk how she still got it wrong! She said she could make us another pizza but would have to charge us again! And even though I was upset I agreed! Then she put us on hold to call her manager! When she came back on the line she stated than the manager said that since they were closing soon that they would not make us a new pizza and because the driver had been out there once already! I have never been treated like this from a company that we order from at least 4 or more times a month! Idk if we will be ordering from there anytime soon! And it’s really sad that one employee can ruin the reputation of a what was a good business! The pizza is the best around! And I will miss it, but I refuse to talked to and treated like I’m the problem when I’m bring business to the company!

It’s a nice beautiful pizza restaurant which I have done with my family a lot of times the owners and employees are friendly easy to get along and the food is excellent will recommend to everyone.

Nice polite staff and good food for the price! The Sicilian pizza was thick and yummy– better than the thin style, I thought. Good substantial chicken wings, too. It was Fun to see the pizza crust being tossed and talk to the ‘chefs’.
Only con: chef and kitchen staff should consider wearing gloves while handling the raw food (i.e. Pizza dough, pepperonis, etc.) and maybe clean aprons over their street clothes. In this day and time, these are just normal safety food precautions.

This place was gross, I read reviews on how it was similar to NY pizza. I am born and raised in Brooklyn and this place was greasy and flavorless. Never again! My sons slice was pure oil, nothing else. Garlic knots were dry and reheated. And my chicken parm sub was flavorless on hard bread. Avoid this place!

My husband and I love this place! Good authentic NY pizza and the garlic knots are so yummy! I tried an eggplant roll today and it was delicious! The waitress is very friendly and has good customers service.

For a native New Yorker I have found this place the closest to NY pizza here in Orlando. There just a little in the pricey side! The crust, the size, and even the flavor reminds me of home!

Excellent NY style pizza. Love this place. They where even nice enough to make me a deep fried ham and cheese calzone. If you’ve never had a deep fried calzone you don’t know what you’re missing. It wasn’t and currently isn’t on the menu but they did it anyway. Thanks Pizza Paradiso.

I’m from NY. I’m a pizza snob. I don’t like pizza that’s not from NY.
Right now, I’m eating the closest to NY pizza, that I have had in FL.
It’s not perfect — I asked for «well-​done», but got «medium-​well»…
It’s ok. The people and delivery guy are nice. It’s a bit of a wait sometimes. But, worth the wait.
I won’t give five stars, unless you make my head flip upside-​down.
Oh, their Cannoli is INCREDIBLE. But, a bit overpriced.
The pastas dishes are very good — not perfect, but good — and large portions.
I recommend. ;)
p. s. Make the crust just a LITTLE thinner. It would be so much better. And lower the Cannoli price — I would order more, of both. ;)

Surprisingly good pizza. Thin crust, like New York style, but of course nothing is as good as New York pizza. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Delicious! Good slices and by far the best Hawaiian pizza in town. Oh how I miss the… used to live around the corner. However I will just have to make it a priority to visit soon.

Really average. Super greasy pizza with flavorless cheese. I would have given it two stars, but the first time my husband and I came here I remember the pizza tasting better than this. It was really disappointing today. Maybe they just had a rough day. I had the lunch special which had a slice of supreme pizza (their pizza of the day) and a side salad. Their supreme pizza was soggy because of the thick, greasy cheese and the mushrooms were sliced way too big. The pieces overwhelmed the pizza for sure. You literally could not pick up the slice without it sagging or falling apart. Also, the side salad was pretty sad looking. I could make a better one in my sleep. Overall I wasn’t impressed.
I don’t think my husband and I will be back again.

This IS the old school «neighborhood» pizzeria. Food is excellent. Staff is awesome, Esmirelda is the best waitress I’ve seen in many years. They treat you like family here. Best lasagna I’ve had in a decade. Every single menu item my family has ordered was delicious. Small place but don’t let it fool you.

Had a calzone tonight for the 1^st time. The large can feed 3 or 4 easy. Crispy outside, delicious quality ingredients on the inside. NOT greasy at all. Brushed in top with that lovely garlic butter… mmmmm, garlic butter! The cheese is the freshy freshest.
I love that it’s a very nice family place.

This is probably my favorite pizza place in Orlando and I have been coming here for a long time. The pizza is authentic NY style and the service is always very good. They give out these stickers for every pie that you buy and once you have 10 of them, you get a free large pizza. The pasta dishes are also very good and the portions are generous. The parking is a bit limited but it’s not a major problem.

Love the pizza taste just like NY pizza! Big slices and of course awesome customer service… A bit too hot to sit inside to eat but over all their pizza is fantastic!!!
