They have really nice stuf but over priced. Friendly customer service.

The two greeters just said thank u at the door today as we attempted to walk out with ours hands full of purchases. Forget professionalism… What about just common courtesy and help open the door no!!! Ok continue your conversation with your co workers because that’s more important when you’re at work!!!

This was my first time ever at a Pier 1 Imports! I have to say this store was very interesting, reasonable prices, filled with variety of things, and the associates were pleasant. They have some cute things for Easter and outdoor type furniture. I found a lot of things I would like to purchase in the future. I seen a hanging chair in the store, but I was uncomfortable to try it out. The associate seen me & told me to try out. I laughed, but tried it out. She was right, the hanging chair was very comfy & I didn’t fall down lol. Overall, I think this was a positive store to look around & find your treasure.

What a rude manager, she didn’t offer me or my friend any help! And it’s rude that she would talk negatively about a customer. What a b****. She should really learn how to pronounce ‘vase’, get off her cellphone, and attend to her customers instead of micromanaging her coworkers telling them who to help and who not to help.
I can’t say the same for the employee’s they were really nice and knowledgeable except for the guy who told me that the LED candle lightings wouldn’t be bright enough and advised me to go to Home Depot. Like have some f***ing enthusiasm for your store and ALL of the awesome products it carries.
I’ve never had a bad time in Pier 1 and usually ALWAYS leave with something. This time was different as the manager was a disappointment and they didn’t have what I wanted even after checking and confirming the item was in stock. I won’t return to this location anytime soon.

Great location, people were polite, exactly what I expected from Pier 1.

Love Pier 1! They have some great stuff for the house, and everyone is very helpful at this location.
