SPICY! Pepper palace is a fun stop for the hot sauce fan in your life! I swung by for the novelty factor and actually walked out with something, lol. While browsing the vast selection of hot sauces, Brandon casually came by and gave some suggestions of which sauces to try and which were best sellers. I asked for a hot sauce that had an unusual combination of ingredients and he immediately turned around and walked to the counter to grab a tube of something in a locked case. My immediate reaction was,“WTF did I just get myself into?!?” Turns out he just wanted to show me the highest level of hot sauce they had at the store,“Flashbang.” Apparently, they also let you try this sauce after signing a waiver. Yeah, that wasn’t happening for me. I instead got a fabulous level 6 chocolate habanero hot sauce. Side note, I know what you are thinking, but there isn’t any actual chocolate in this hot sauce. Pepper palace has friendly service and plenty of spice, yay!

They have matouk’s hot sauce. All different varieties. Yes you can taste the different hot sauces. Yes their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I ran past all that because I saw the matouk’s from the door. I couldn’t decide which one to get but the hot pepper sauce has the habanero in it. This sauce will make you cry while you eat. It is the best stuff ever!

Visited this place after seeing the store van in traffic the other day while I’m here in Kissimmee on vacation. Being a «pepper head» and all around lover of hot and spicy I knew I had to check the store out after finding out it was close to where I am staying. All I can say is, the closest place to get half of the selection in the Northeast is over 3 hours away. This place blew me away. The amount of various items was mind boggling. Not only did they have the elusive Holy Jolokia, they had a ton of their own products, all of which were great with varying degrees of heat. If I could have left the store with 1 of everything I would have. Also glad to find out that they will be opening up a location back home in Boston. If you’re a fan of hot sauces, rubs, salsas etc., this is the place to go.

I really like this place. I am a hot sauce fan and if you are to you will enjoy this experience. There isn’t much competition in terms of pure hot sauce locations so if you are an enthusiast then this is the place to go. They have tons of samples and don’t pressure you at all. Don’t let the name fool you though. They have sweet sauces as well as hot sauces. And it’s not just cayenne sauces either. They have vinegar based, mustard based, tomato based, salsa’s, chutney’s and more. You could spend hours looking for the perfect sauce. Grab a few and try them. You can even try their hottest sauce… sign the waiver first though(and bring something sweet to counter it; my pick is southern sweet tea)

Located in Artegon. It’s a heat lovers wet dream! I was a little overwhelmed when I walked in but in a great way. So many options. The main reason I went in here is because my brother is obsessed with all things spicy and hot. It is a great spot to put together a gift for a heat lover. When I walked in I was immediately welcomed and informed of their heating system. Very nice ladies working the shop. Yes, they have a system and even dots located along all the shelves of products they have ready to taste and try. Love that! Heat Scale 1 to 11(and there is an 11xx LOL) It was pretty early when I went in so I wasn’t ready to try anything but when I go in next time I def want to try their salsas. So many unique flavors. They are a chain so they carry brand names and their own recipes. Products range across the board including: Hot Sauce Salsa BBQ Sauce Marinades Butters and Jellies Olive Oil and Vinegars Gift Packs They explain their heating like this: — Mild: when you are looking for a delicious flavor but little to no heat. — Medium: when you are still looking for delicious flavor and you want to be able to taste the heat but not be overwhelmed by it. — Hot: for the more experienced of us. This level will make you taste the flavor followed by a nice burning sensation on you tongue that won’t disappear with one or even two glasses of water.(YIKES) — X-Hot: those of us that no longer have our taste buds and/or our wits about us. You only want to use a little bit of this unless you have a death wish or you are a Chilehead.
