We arrived at the Four Seasons Walt Disney around 11AM and our room wasn’t ready yet so the receptionist suggested we grab a snack at the outdoor restaurant by the pool. First the name is amazing. Not sure if I’m not up to date on the acronym lingo game but it stands for Pool, Bar and Grill. We sat by the bar and ordered a couple glasses of champagne along with a plate of shrimp poppers that came with jalapeño ketchup. Both the drink and the appetizer were delicious! The poppers were perfectly crispy and the ketchup had the perfect kick to keep the flavor interesting. Along with the delicious food came amazing service. My girlfriend and I always joke that whenever we leave NYC the people just seem so much nicer and the service seems more personable. Our bartender was attentive, friendly and joked with us to make us feel right at home after a long morning of travel. We will definitely be coming here again at some point during our trip to enjoy the pool and yummy eats.

We ate here twice over the weekend. The food was fantastic. We ordered the special of the day and wasn’t disappointed. First day was a corn meal breaded snapper and the next day was a pork sandwich with marinated pickles. Such great flavor! We also ordered the ahi tuna poke both days and the mahi tacos. We had three adults so the food was perfect sharing size. It seemed to call come in three’s. Lunch stuffed us that we didn’t eat dinner till 8 pm. Loved the red sangria. Skip the fizz drink. It didn’t seem to have much flavor… but I guess I got a protein fix with the egg white foam? The restaurants in the four season is all fantastic. It has been the first time I ever ate on property… as I love to find the best local restaurants in the town I visit. I’ll definitely return just to dine next time I’m in Orlando! Loved the red sangria!

We ordered lunch at the pool from here several days and everything was always excellent. Fish tacos are amazing and the kids meals were awesome, not like your typical crappy microwaveable kids meals you et at Disney elsewhere. So happy to have had this option when staying here.

Wonderful service; as with anything at Four Seasons! Kids menu is super and a great value. The venue is super great, real casual, yet classy. I had the watermelon salad and it was awesome. The pork sandwich leaves much to be desired. They have a good selections of beers. The pork sandwich needs help. Other than that, it’s a great little fast place here at Four Seasons.

We did not eat here last time we visited the Four Seasons but this time we had a very late dinner here(around 9pm) on our first night at the hotel because we had been busy with check-in and wedding planning. I called ahead to try to order something off the menu on the iPad in the room and was informed the menu had changed and the lettuce wraps I wanted were no longer offered. I mentioned my dietary restrictions(most vegetarian) and was informed the chef would whip something up for me. When we arrived my hummus and grilled veggies and personalized lettuce wraps were ready and they were FABULOUS. The outdoor layout is beautiful — taking advantage of the Four Seasons lake and we were seated at one of their cute picnic tables out on the longest deck over the lake with lights overhead just after sunset. It was gorgeous! I was served a very generous portion of hummus with warm pita slices and grilled zucchini, squash, eggplant and mushrooms. It was delicious. I’m not entirely sure what was in my lettuce wraps but I know it was cucumber, red onion and watermelon. There may or may not have been some tomato with a sweet vinegar glaze… but they were DELICIOUS and refreshing. For such a late meal I felt fine afterwards. They had many other yummy items we’d like to try next time we’re at the Four Seasons… this was a win!

This place gives huge portions! Definitely tastier food than I was expecting. The property at Four Seasons is so amazing, I thought they wouldn’t try as hard with their food. I was wrong! We got the waffle fries topped with pulled pork, scallions, and white queso. This was the highlight! The pulled pork was flavorful, the scallions cut right through, and I loved the queso. We did have to ask for a side of the queso sauce to use on the fries that were on the bottom. So good! My daughter got kids chicken strips. Way too big of a portion for a 3 year old, but kids eat free at Four Seasons until age 4 or 5 I think? I got the ahi salad. Very tasty, but I didn’t really want to eat it all because of those dang waffle fries! I’m still thinking about them and wondering where I can get a similar item here in Las Vegas! I also got red sangria and white sangria. I could spend all afternoon out there in their restaurant. It feels like a personal deck out in someone’s backyard… tons of trees and such a relaxing, friendly vibe. LOVED it. You can order from their menu while at the Four Seasons pool.

We visited for dinner(around 7:00) and it wasn’t crowded at all — this seems like a place more people would choose for lunch as it’s located poolside. It’s a casual restaurant with a view of the water… some birds were even hopping around inside, but no worries, they didn’t attack. Our waiter, Frankie, was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food tasted delicious and I would definitely advise eating here at least once if staying at the Four Seasons. **Lobster Roll w/Coleslaw — very substantial amount of lobster! The sandwich was so thick that was almost too large to bite(but that’s a good thing in this case). The veggies in the coleslaw were delightfully crispy, although they could have gone a bit lighter on the amount of dressing. **Grilled Fish Tacos — light and fresh; perfectly seasoned mahi mahi. The guacamole and pico de gallo is very tasty and tops it off perfectly. **Beer-braised brisket(special of the day) — a little too salty and could have used another side dish(like bread) for balance. It was just served with parsnip purée. Because of its location PB&G probably isn’t as well-known as Ravello(fine-dining inside the resort), but I’d choose PB&G again if deciding between the two!

PB&G is the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando’s casual pool side restaurant. They offer«southern» cuisine in a casual setting. This is a flexible dining option because you can choose do dine in the restaurant or by the pool. My Overall Rating — 4 Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere — Our experience with PB&G was during pool side service. The pool attendants will setup a space for you, they’ll bring out menus, and it’s a wonderful setting with numerous pools as your scenery. I visited during February and the temperature was in the mid 70’s, it was sunny, and very little wind. 1 Star. Service — Once again Four Seasons service is the best. What I really like is that they get to know you & your family. We had the same staff member, Brian, help us out on each occasion. He made great recommendations, remember what we liked, and also interacted well with the kids. 1 Star. Food — The lunch only food at PB&G is much more casual than Ravello or Capa. And while kids 5 and under eat free at those two restaurants, they do not eat free here. That being said, our food was still good, and on par with Four Season’s high quality. I recommend the loaded waffle fries. They come topped with pulled pork, scallions, & a light cheese sauce. The pork was great and this could have been a standalone entrée. The Grilled Ahi salad with its sweet peanut dressing is both delicious and refreshing. The only item that we didn’t like was the Fried Green Tomato Turkey Club. I’ve seen others post photos of the lobster roll and I think it was more buyer’s remorse. Lastly, don’t forget to dry a guava or mango smoothie. Again, like all Four Seasons restaurants PB&G is not cheap. But it is also good. 1 Star. Will I Return? — Yes. It’s the main restaurant for the pool so if I stayed at the Four Seasons again it’s a no brainer. The food is fresh, casual, and drinks are cold. Another great addition to the resort. 1 Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.

Fantastic food, the best I’ve had at 4 seasons. I adored the restaurants here, but this one tops them all. Pros: 1) Poolside serving. The pool is right next to the restaurant, and you can just order from the restaurant from the pool and it’ll be served to you. 2) Price is cheaper compared to the other places in Disney World and 4 seasons. Especially for the quality of the food, this is fantastic. 3) The food tasted better than the other restaurants foods in the hotel. I just had the salad, but it was easily the best salad I had, no, I’m not kidding. 4) View. You are literally right above the water and can see around the hotel grounds. As well, at night, lights are beautifully lit. 5) Crowds. Between 5 – 6, I experienced no crowds at all. There were few families, perhaps due to being at Disney World or the colder temperatures. 6) Service. The staff were extremely nice and very easy to talk to you. They had no problem with questions or requests. Their happy personalities made me very at ease. As well, the food was delivered quickly, about 10 – 15 minutes after ordering. Cons: 1) Mosquitos, since it’s outdoors. Florida is supposedly famous for them. 2) Weather, for it’s slightly chilly. However, they do have outdoor heaters. Though, the cold wasn’t bothersome at 56 degrees, due to the fact Seattle is very cold. However; these factors cannot be controlled.
